Society Interiors Design Competition & Awards :

In the year 2003, Society Interiors, India’s most respected design magazine created a unique platform for students of design to showcase their talent. To encourage designers of the future we instituted a design competition for students of architecture and interior design -Society Interiors Design Competition & Awards.

Society Interiors Design Competition & Awards is the first ever-national level design competition among the interior design and architecture institutes all over the country. This contest is first of its kind conceptualized to provide a platform for upcoming talent. In its 15th year, the event has discovered and launched many promising names in the design business.

What started off as a small effort has become a mega event today. …the journey has been extremely fulfilling. Over these 15 years, participation from architecture and design institutes across the country has grown manifold. With nearly 1000 Interior Design and Architectural colleges participating from across the country.

Jury:
There has been tremendous support from the professional community in growing this event. The competition is judged by a panel of esteemed professionals from the industry. Competition Categories:
** Residential
** Commercial
** Public spaces
** Product design
** Retail and Corporate design.

Competition format:
** Brief of the competition, prepared by Mentors/Experts, is shared with all the participating colleges.
** Zonal competitions will be held for each region (East, West, North & South) across the country.
** Live competition to be held simultaneously in all the 4 zones.
** Final round of the competition which includes Viva will be held on the day of the award presentation is held in Mumbai.
