#HumNahiSudhrenge Contest :

1. This Contest is being organized by Team Golmaal Again (herein after referred to as ‘Organizer’) and is open for participation for individuals who meet the below qualifications/requirements:

Qualifications/Requirements:
** are above 18 (Eighteen) years of age;
** are citizens of India; and
** have a valid Facebook and/or Twitter and/or Instagram account handle;

2. To participate in the Contest, Participants need to follow the steps specified below:
The winner will be decided on creativity basis which is to be determined by the jury engaged by the Organizer for this contest:

a. Log into your valid Twitter/Facebook/Instagram account.
b. Follow the Twitter/Facebook/Instagram handle of the film ‘Golmaal Again’ as indicated on the Contest page on Twitter/ Facebook/ Instagram.
c. Tell us about the one thing you or your squad don’t want to give up regardless of your age.
d. Post your story on your Twitter/Facebook/Instagram handles with the hashtag that is mentioned below.
e. Upload the answer for each entry along with the mandatory hashtag – #HumNahiSudhrenge on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and tag @GolmaalMovie
f. Your entry will be considered valid only if it is accompanied by the hashtags and tagging mentioned above and submitted strictly in compliance with the contest terms and conditions, and other instructions of the Organizer as communicated from time to time.

3. Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence from 10th October 2017 and shall conclude on the 12th of October 2017, or on such date as decided by the Organizer (Contest Period). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest. The Winner shall be announced on the 12th October 2017 or at such other date as decided by the Organizer in its sole discretion.

4. Selection of Winners:
At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizer shall have the right to select winners from the Participants who have provided the best boomerang video during the Contest Period on first-come basis as determined at sole discretion by the jury engaged by the Organizer for this Contest as the winners (Winners).

5. Gratification Details:
The Winners declared by the Organizer would be eligible to win (one) merchandise of the film ‘Golmaal Again’ as decided by the Organizer.

6. Notwithstanding anything contained herein, the Organizer shall not be responsible for bearing or reimbursing any costs or expenses incurred by the Winners in availing the said Prize and/or incurred otherwise. All such costs/expenses incurred by the Winners in availing the said Prize and/or incurred otherwise shall be borne solely by the Winners.

7. All other incidental costs, if any, including the internet charges etc. that may arise from participating in the Contest will be borne by the Participant. The Organizers shall not be responsible in case of any network problem such as breakdown of machinery, poor network availability, disruption in the network, inconvenience/ hindrance caused, and/ or the cost of the internet usage charged to the Participant or otherwise. Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the Participant and the respective service provider without involving the Organizers.

8. By participating in the Contest, the Participants represent and warrant that the Contest Picture provided shall not defame/offend any person, sect, cast etc. and that it shall in no manner infringe any rights including the copyright of a third person/party.

In the event of any violation of the aforementioned, the Participants shall be disqualified from the Contest with immediate effect. By participating in the Contest, the Participants also represent and warrant that they shall solely be liable for any and all action (criminal/civil) arising therefrom and shall also be liable to indemnify the Organizer for any loss, claim, dispute, disrepute or disruption caused to it.

9. The Participants confirm that the Contest Picture shall not be obscene, vulgar, defaming, denigrating women, artists, celebrities or children, hurting religious sentiments, depicting violence or against the public policy of India and/or the internal policies of the Organizer.

10. The Participants/Winner(s) acknowledge that the Organizer shall not be liable for any costs, expenses, charges, fees, taxes etc. incurred by the Winner(s) participating in the Contest, and the Winner(s) shall be absolutely responsible and solely liable for the same.

11. The Participants shall not be entitled to win the Prize simply by the reason of participating in the Contest. Further, the Winners so selected shall be entitled to win the Prize as set out hereinabove. The selection process may be revised and shall be as per the Organizer’s sole discretion. The Participants or any third party shall have no right to question the process of selection.
