Contest Terms & Conditions :
1. Contest for a chance to win Iphone8 and discount vouchers to the customers registered for Landmark Reward Program (“Participant(s)).

2. The Contest will commence from 6 PM of 10th October 2017 and closes at 23:59:59 hrs of 14th October 2017 (“Contest Period”).

3. Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions”. Participation in the Contest shall imply that the Participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.

4. Participants must be citizens of India, residents of India and minimum age to participate in this Contest is 18 years (Eighteen years). Contest is not applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu;

5. Participation in the Contest is voluntary, free and skilled based, wherein creativity, accuracy will be rewarded.

6. People registered for Landmark Reward Program are eligible to participate in the Contest. Participants who has shopped with Max between 1st Oct 2106 to 14th Oct 2017, can take part in the Contest.

During the Contest Period, Participant to watch the video uploaded on the Max’ social media platform i.e.,Facebook and to complete and submit the Contest form available on the said social media. Only one Contest form will be accepted per Participant and multiple entries from the same Participant and incomplete entries will be disqualified.

7. All the Participants who takes part in the Contest and submits completed Contest form will be eligible for discount vouchers of Rs. 300 /- redeemable on Rs.1499 on or before 31st Oct 2017.

Further, 3 Participants will be selected by the independent third-party jury appointed by Max for the best entries and such Participants will be declared as winner (“Winner(s)”) on 25th Oct 207 at 4pm IST by the independent jury and Max, who shall be eligible for Iphone8. Decision of the independent third-party jury will be final and binding on all the Participants.

8. Max will notify the Winner over phone call/e-mail to make themselves available on a designated date and time to avail the benefits under the Contest. Failure to confirm or to show up on the designated date and time will lead to cancellation of the Winner selected.

9. By taking part in the Contest, the Participant authorizes the company to send SMS or make calls to his/her mobile number is he/she is chosen to be the winner of the contest irrespective of his/her registration on DO NOT DISTURB registry (DND).

10. To claim the reward under the Contest, Winners and Participants to display valid identity & Address Proof (PAN Card / Voter Card / Ration Card / Passport / Driving License, etc.) to the Max.

11. Winners will be photographed/filmed under the Contest and Max sshall be the sole owner of the Intellectual Property Rights on such photos/films. Max reserves the right to use the Winners’ names and contest entries for promotion and post-coverage of the Contest on social media platforms and other platforms as the Max deems fit. By taking part in the Contest the Winner consents for such disclosure and shall not have any objections whatsoever.

12. Employees of Lifestyle International Private Limited including employees of participating sponsors or promoters and / or advertising agencies and their immediate families are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

13. Max shall not be responsible for any loss or damage, if it has to discontinue or cancel this Contest due to reasons of Force Majeure or due to requirement of compliance with any law, ruling, order, regulation, requirement or instruction of any Central/State Government, or for any other unavoidable reason beyond its control. Participants shall be informed of such discontinuance/cancellation as soon as possible.
