#PredictTheWinner Contest :

** #PredictTheWinner is a Facebook, Twitter and Instagram Contest where participants have to predict the winning teams for FIFA U-17 2017 match/es played during any particular time.

** The contest is open to all people in India.(“Participant”)
** Contest Duration: The contest starts on 6th October 2017 and ends on 28th October 2017. Participants need to predict the winning teams for match/es played during a particular time (match set) before the start of the match. Any entry after start time of the match/es will be disqualified.
** All the contest entries in any or all of the platforms should have the hashtag #PredictTheWinner
** The entries in Facebook and Instagram will be in the comments section on Bank’s post for each match set and the entries in Twitter will be in form of reply to Bank’s post or tagging Bank with their prediction.
** The person whose provides the right prediction in a particular time of the day, would win exclusive FIFA co-branded merchandise from Bank of Baroda.
** Only one winner per match set (match / matches being played at the same time) would be selected through Lucky Draw from each social media channels (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) and announced through the aforementioned platforms.
** The total number of winners in this contest will be 108 i.e. 3 (platforms) x 36 (match sets) = 108
** A participant can participate in more than one platforms for each set. Participants can make multiple entries in each platform, however only the last entry by the participant will be consider for lucky draw.
** Name of the winner would be announced in the post’s comment box or separate tweet after the completion of matches on or before the next working day.
** The prizes will be dispatched only in the month of November 2017.

2. By participating in this contest, the contestant agrees to accept the terms and conditions of the contest.
3. Bank of Baroda can use your public profile picture, name & place in any contest- related announcements on all its social media platforms.
4. Participants will have to answer the contest question either in Facebook,Twitter & Instagram to have a valid entry into the contest and to win the prize.
5. Twitter participants need to Answer and Retweet the Contest Post to have a valid entry into the contest and to win the prize.
6. Facebook participants need to Answer and Share the Contest Post in their Timeline to have a valid entry into the contest and to win the prize.
7. Winners will have to provide valid ID Proof to claim the prize.
8. Bank of Baroda reserves the right to remove any comments that de-motivate, defame or abuse any participant or cancel, withdraw, change or substitute the Prize at any time without any prior notice.
9. The Prize is not exchangeable for any other product or item, is non- transferable and cannot be encashed under any circumstances.
10. The Program cannot be combined with or clubbed with any other scheme and/or offer from Bank of Baroda, subsisting or announced at a future date by Bank of Baroda.

11. Bank of Baroda reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify this Program or any part thereof at its sole discretion at anytime during its validity and without notice, as shall be required in view of business exigencies and/or changes by regulatory authority and/or statutory changes and/ or force majeure events and the same shall be binding on the Contestant.

12. The Prize will be delivered to the winners after 15th November 2017. Bank of Baroda shall not be held liable for any delay in delivery of the Prize due to non-availability of stocks or any other reason beyond its control. The winning Contestant shall not have any rights to claim, loss or costs from Bank of Baroda for delay in delivery of the Prize on any grounds whatsoever
