About the Contest:
1. This contest is open only for all the fans of Puneri Paltan on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram, who are residing in India and are 18 years and above.
2. 3 lucky winners will be selected
3. Participants have to attend the match & have a valid match ticket to qualify.
4. This contest is valid for all home leg matches i.e 13th – 20th October 2017
5. Contestants must click a selfie of themselves cheering for the Paltan at the stadium and post it on the Puneri Paltan Facebook page.
6. The winner will be selected on random.
7. There will be 3 winners announced across all 7 matches

TnC :
1 The winner will get official Puneri Paltan merchandise. In the event of unavailability of these prizes, Insurekot Sports Private Limited reserves the right to distribute alternative prizes.
2. Insurekot Sports Private Limited reserves the right to withdraw Contest / Lucky Draw at its sole discretion, at any time with or without previous notification and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
3. Insurekot Sports Private Limited also reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions at its sole discretion at any time with or without previous notification and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
4. The gratification is non-transferable.
5. In case of any dispute, the decision of the management of ISPL will be final.
6. The merchandise cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services of ISPL.
7. The result will be determined based on a lucky draw selection done by the management.
8. Participants are advised to read the “Terms and Conditions”.
9. Participation in the contest shall imply that the participant has duly read and agrees to adhere to and bound by the “Terms and Conditions” stated herein.
10. The Participant(s) shall ensure that the Entry being submitted by them is decent and is not immoral, defamatory, abusive, offensive, insensitive, libelous or blasphemous to any person, religious sect or section of the society, etc. The Participant(s) further represents and warrants that the entry being submitted by him/her shall be original and shall not infringe upon and/or contain any material that will infringe upon any third party rights including rights in intellectual property. ISPL reserves the right to remove or disqualify any Entries that do not meet these criteria.
11. Participants shall be solely responsible for any consequences which may arise due to any kind of Infringement of Copyrights or any kind of Intellectual Property Rights belonging to any other Person / Entity etc and also undertake to indemnify ISPL on the happening of such an Event (including without limitation cost of Attorney, Legal Charges etc.) on full indemnity basis.
12. Disputes relating to this Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai only.
13. ISPL shall not be liable to make any payment towards any expenses which are incurred by the participant/ winner whatsoever.
14. ISPL is not responsible for a participant not being able to understand the contest mechanics or for his/ her interpretation of the same. No correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
15. ISPL accepts no liability for any errors or omissions, whether on behalf of itself or any Third Parties.
16. ISPL is not responsible for any delay that occurs for reasons outside our control.
17. ISPL will not be liable for any loss/damage etc. Further, ISPL shall not be held liable for any failure w.r.t. the gratification, if any, whether caused during transit or otherwise.
