Steps to Participate

** Buy Gold worth INR 50 or more from Paytm Platform (website/app) during the Offer Period.
** Only successful transactions will be considered for this Offer.
** The order value should be greater than or equal to INR 50.
** No Promocode is required to be a part of this offer.
** Offer applicable only on Paytm.com and Paytm App

Prize & Winner Selection

** Lucky Prize – One (1) participant would be selected as winner on random basis from all the participants who undertake above mentioned steps during the Offer Period and will get one (1) kilogram of Gold.
** Assured Prize – Every participant would get Assured Extra Gold worth upto 2% of their transaction value. Maximum value of assured Gold cannot exceed INR 1000 for a participant. (Applicable only for participants who have not applied any other Promocode during the offer period)
** Assured Prize winner can also win Lucky Prize in this Offer.
** Gold coupons would be sent to winner(s) through SMS / Email within 5 working days of end of Offer Period (i.e. 21 st October) or KYC completion, where applicable.

Gold Back Offer Terms & Conditions

** If you already have a Gold Accumulation Plan Account (GAP), Gold will be credited in that account otherwise a new GAP account will be created for you. GAP accounts are offered and created by MMTC-PAMP, our partner for Paytm Gold.
** Successful application of Goldback Promocode would authorize Paytm to place an order for you with MMTC-PAMP for the promotional amount due to you as Cashback. The invoice of such an order would bear your name and would be useful for tax purposes.
** If Pin Code is already provided in the GAP account then that will be used otherwise the new account would assume a Pin Code – 122103 (MMTC-PAMP’s location).
** Paytm Wallet KYC is required to be shared with MMTC-PAMP if your cumulative lifetime Gold purchases under GAP crosses Rs.50,000. In case the transaction related to these Promocode breaches the limit we will hold the transaction till KYC completed.
** 3% GST would be applicable on the Purchase of Paytm Gold on your behalf and would be paid from the cashback amount due to you
** In case you want to Sell your Gold, you will have to provide you account number to which funds can be sent
** In case the Gold can’t be credited to your account due to KYC or any other reason, Paytm will credit Cashback in your Paytm wallet in case of such failures
** The price of gold used is the Buy price plus applicable taxes at the time of credit of Gold to your account and not the transaction time.
** Buy Price of Gold can be different from the Sell Price of Gold and Paytm is not liable for price difference and price movements of your Gold
** Gold will be credited within 48 hours of a successful transaction or completion of KYC, wherever applicable
** In case of any cancellations and returns of your order, value of Gold as per the promotional campaign amount would be adjusted from the refund amount, if any. Gold bought on your behalf under this scheme would not be returned or refunded.
