Pick Your Favourite Mypickasus Campaign :

1. #PickYourFavourite #Mypickasus contest is applicable to all Indian Nationals residing in India.
2. The contest is active from 13th October to 5th November 11:55 PM; late entries will not qualify.

3. Participants must Follow Instagram Handle (@asusrog.in), ASUS India Facebook Page (@ASUSIndia). Follow the below steps
** Follow @asusrog.in Instagram Handle
** Choose your favourite product from the various products in the gif. Comment on the image/gif mentioning why it is the favourite with the hashtag #PickYourFavourite and #Mypickasus
** eg: RT-AC88U is my favourite because of its wide Wi-Fi coverage along with AiProtection feature
** Tag 5 friends and share.

4. There will be 2 separate Winners for S1 Projector and VZ229H respectively.
5. The prize winners will be announced one (1) week after the end of the Campaign Period (“Drawing Date”) on ASUS India Facebook fan page (facebook.com/AsusIndia/) and ASUS ROG Instagram Page.
6. The participants have to share why the mentioned product is their favourite using the hashtag #PickYourFavourite, #Mypickasus
7. The contest hashtag #PickYourFavourite , #Mypickasus should be used in the contest entry. The respective ASUS Instagram handle (asusrog.in) should also be tagged.
8. Winners will be chosen by an independent adjudicator or panel of judges appointed by ASUS India.
9. No cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Company reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving prior notice.
10. Winners need to share the requested identity and contact details with ASUS India within 3 days of announcement. Late claims or improper details shared may result in cancellation of gratification and the winner being disqualified.

11. ASUS team will verify the participant’s details upon successful verification that the participant is a genuine Facebook user and not a fake profile or a duplicate profile and the participant has taken the necessary steps for participation as announced in the FB post about this sweepstake, only then the participant’s entry will be treated valid.

12. The gratification will be dispatched to the customer’s address as provided by her/him within 10 days of receiving the details. The responsibility of providing the correct address, identity and contact details rests with the participant.
13. After dispatching the gifts, any concerns related to the postal details and delivery should be communicated to ASUS India within 10 days of winner announcement, after which ASUS India will not be liable to address any issues regarding this dispatch.
14. Each entrant is responsible for monitoring his or her email account, Facebook account and ASUS India Facebook page for notifications or other communications related to this activity.
15. Employees of, ASUS and its parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising representatives and agencies, who are involved in the promotion, and the immediate families of any of the foregoing persons, are NOT ELIGIBLE under this offer.

16. ASUS India reserves the right to cancel or amend the Contest and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event out of the Company’s control. Any changes to the Contest will be notified to the participants as soon as possible by the Company.

17. ASUS India reserves the right:
(a) to disqualify any entry, if it has reasonable grounds to believe the participant has breached any of these terms and conditions. No intimation shall be sent to the participants who are disqualified and/or not amongst the qualified entries.
(b) to decide whether a replacement participant should be selected in the event any buyer is disqualified from the offer.
(c) to require written permission from the parent or guardian of a participant who is under the age of 18

18. The prevailing statutory laws of India shall be applicable to the contest and all disputes relating to this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Courts at Mumbai only
19. ASUS India reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of the activity/sweepstake/offer, its period, gift, gift value etc., without prior notice to the participants
20. The activity shall not be extendable or transferable unless at the discretion of ASUS India
