Terms & Conditions

1. This promotion is valid from 1st October 2017 to 14th November 2017 at all Kalyan Jewellers stores in India excluding My Kalyan outlets in India and stores/outlets located in the State of Tamil Nadu and Union Territory of Pondicherry.

Promotion also applicable on online purchases done through www.candere.com and www.kalyanjewellersonline.com during the above mentioned period.

2. For every purchase of Gold and Silver Jewellery for the value of 5,000 and completed multiples thereof, customers will receive one lucky draw coupon each, and for every purchase of Diamond, Uncut, Precious, Polki and Signity Jewellery for the value 5,000 and completed multiples thereof, customers will receive two lucky draw Coupons each.

3. Customers who shop during this period stand a chance to win Half Kg Gold every week. One winner will be declared every week for 6 weeks.
4. Computerised selection of the winning lucky draw coupon will be done every week and the entire process would be reviewed by an independent agency.

5. First draw for sales between 1st to 7th October will be done on 10th October. Second draw for sales between 8th to 14th will be done on 17th October. Third draw for sales between 15th to 21st will be done on 24th October. Fourth draw for sales between 22nd to 28th will be done on 31st Oct.

Fifth draw for sales between 29th October to 4th November will be done on 7th November. Sixth and the final draw for sales between 5th to 14th November will be done on 18th November respectively.

6. Campaign Updates & Results will be published in kalyanjewellers.net, kalyanjewellersonline.com and candere.com.
7. Winners will be notified through all available channels like Phone number, E-mail, Kalyan Jewellers Facebook page and website. By participating in the lucky draw Kalyan Jewellers has the rights to declare the winners name in social media and website.

8. Original lucky draw printout with raffle numbers & Original invoice along with valid photo ID (Aadhar or Passport and Pan Card) should be submitted to claim the prize.Winners will not be entitled to claim the prize without submission of the above Original Documents.

A Copy of all the documents submitted will be kept by Kalyan Jewellers for their internal record. In case the documents turn out to be incorrect Kalyan Jewellers reserves the right to take back the gift.

Winners Selection

9. Winners of Half Kg Gold will be required to bear the cost towards Gift Tax and other statutory taxes as may be applicable at actual. The quantum of Gift Tax will have to be deposited in the account of Kalyan Jewellers prior to the availing of the gift.
10. Lucky draw coupon is not transferable and the gift would be given to the person whose name is mentioned in the invoice.
11. Prizes have to be claimed within 10-12 days upon announcement of winners, failing which Kalyan Jewellers will not be obliged to honour the same.
12. All disputes subject to jurisdiction of Courts in Thrissur only.
13. This offer cannot be clubbed with any other offer prevailing in the showrooms during the said period.
14. Offer not valid to Employees & Associates of Kalyan Jewellers and its group companies.
15. In the event of return by the customer of jewellery purchased for which the lucky draw Coupon was issued, the said lucky draw coupon will stand cancelled and will not be entitled for the prize.

16. In the event a part of the jewellery purchased is returned by the customer, Lucky Draw Coupons equivalent to the value of purchase partly returned (from the ascending order of issuance Lucky Draw Coupon number) will stand cancelled and such Lucky Draw Coupon will not be entitled for the prize.

17. In the event, during the draw of lots, a “cancelled/void Lucky Draw Coupon” as mentioned in the points above are drawn, the same will be ignored and a fresh draw will be done.
18. T&C mentioned in the Sales Invoice will also be applicable.
19. Kalyan Jewellers has the exclusive authority / option to change the terms mentioned above anytime at its sole discretion without prior intimation during the period of the offer.
20. Raffle Coupons and Gold Coins are not applicable on EMI orders .
