Young Sheldon on CC Contest :

This Contest is organized by Viacom 18 Media Private Limited (“Organizer”) and is open to all individual participation who (“Participants”):

a. Are citizens of India and hold valid proof of citizenship;
b. Are above 14 (fourteen) years of age;
c. Are viewers of the channel “Comedy Central” and/or “Comedy Central HD” (“Channel”);
d. Have a valid twitter account/handle; and
e. Are mobile subscribers of Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, MTS, Idea, BSNL, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance, Loop and Tata (“Service Providers”)

In case of participation by Participants who are below 18 (eighteen) years of age:
(a) participation in this Contest will be deemed as participation with the prior knowledge and unconditional consent of the Participant’s parents/guardian;
(b) these Contest terms and conditions are applicable to the parents/guardians of such Participants.

It is made abundantly and evidently clear that such Participants are participating in the Contest with the consent and assistance of their parents/guardians. Accordingly, the Participants shall provide all the necessary documents/proof as required by the Organizer upon its request in this regard.

Contest Period:
The Contest shall commence on 3rd November 2017 at 21:00 hours and end on 1st December 2017 at 23:59 hours or on such other dates as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Contest Promo:
To participate in the Contest, a Participant will need to watch the show “Young Sheldon” (“Show”) which will air on the Channel on all Fridays at 9 pm, during the Contest Period (“Contest Days”) to view the Contest Questions (defined later) which will be displayed during the intervals of the Show, and which will pertain to that specific episode of the Show, on the Channel via Aston bands, bumpers and graphical elements on the Channel; and send in Contest Answers via the Modes of Participation (“Contest Question”) between the Contest Hours (defined below) on the Contest Days of the Contest Period.

Contest Answers:
To participate, the Participant will be required to follow the instructions listed in paragraph 6 below, titled Modes of Participation, and provide an answer to the Contest Question (“Contest Answer”) during the Contest Hours which will begin at 9 pm on each Contest Day and end at 7 pm on the following Monday.

Entries received after 7 pm on the Monday following the Contest Day, shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

It is clarified that a Participant shall be allowed to participate only once, i.e., only the first answer provided by a Participant per Contest Question on a particular Contest Day shall be considered and multiple Contest Answers to the same Contest Question on a particular Contest Day will not be entertained.

Modes of Participation:
The Participant may participate in the Contest and provide the Contest Answer via SMS, by sending an SMS containing: SHELDON<space>A/B/C (depending on the option they are choosing) to 56882 through their respective mobile Service Providers.

The Participants may also participate by tweeting their Contest Answers to the Organizer’s Comedy Central Twitter page located at https://twitter.com/ComedyCentralIn (“Contest Site”) along with the hashtag #SHELDON. Participants are free to choose the method of submitting their Contest Answers and no preference shall be given to any mode of participation over the other.

Participation Charges:
The charges applicable for use of SMS shall be premium rates (i.e., INR 3.00/- per SMS) as charged by respective Service Providers. SMSes originating from a particular number shall be deemed to be from the owner of the number. All other incidental costs, if any, that may arise from participating in the Contest will be borne by the Participant.

The Organizer shall not be responsible in case of any network problem such as breakdown of machinery, poor network availability, disruption in the network, inconvenience/ hindrance caused, and/ or the cost of the SMS usage charged by the Service Provider or otherwise.

Any dispute in connection to the same shall be settled between the Participant and the relevant Service Provider without involving the Organizer.

Gratification/Prize Details: The Winners shall will the Prizes of the corresponding maximum values as stated below (“Prize”). Only the Contest Winner shall be entitled to the Contest Prize.

Gratification for Weekly Winners:
The Winners declared by the Organizer per week may be entitled to win the Prizes as applicable and as detailed above. Unless otherwise specified herein, the Organizer takes no responsibility or liability for any other expenses for the Winners.

The Participants/Winners acknowledge that the Prizes, their values and quantities shall differ and vary at the sole discretion of the Organizer and the Participants/Winners shall not have any right to raise any queries, claims, objections or questions in this regard. The Organizer shall, at its sole discretion, choose the Prize(s), value of the Prize(s), quantities, etc. at its sole discretion.

Contest Prize:
The Contest Winner will be entitled to receive the following gratification and, either 1 (one) friend of the Contest Winner will be entitled to accompany the Contest Winner, or in the event that the Contest Winner is under 18 (eighteen) years of age, 1 (one) parent/ guardian must accompany the Contest Winner for the gratification as set out below, subject to the Terms & Conditions imposed by the Organizer:

(i) 2 (two) Space Geek Explorer passes at the Kennedy Space Centre, Florida, USA (cost of which is approx. INR 15,000/- for children and approx. INR 17,000/- for adults as applicable) [This pass shall provide unlimited parking, one KSC special interest tour, lunch with an astronaut, astronaut training experience, and 1 Free Collectible Item. Special discounts on merchandise and dining facilities.]; and

(ii) 2 (two) economy flight tickets (for the Contest Winner and his/her friend or his/her parent/guardian as applicable) to Florida, (round trip; ex Mumbai/Delhi/Bangalore) (cost of which is approximately INR 2,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Two Lakhs Only) for 2 (two) round-trip flight tickets).

(iii) 4 (four) nights and 5 (five) days for a double occupancy stay at a 2/3-star hotel in Florida, for both the Contest Winner and his/her friend or his/her parent/guardian as applicable (cost of which is approximately INR 50,000/- (Indian National Rupees Fifty Thousand Only).
