Terms & Conditions :
1. Trent Limited (the “Company”) shall conduct an event for selection of the “FACE OF WESTSIDE” for kidswear category across India.

2. Entry is free and open for age group 2-14 years only. Each participant shall carry valid proof of age and nationality (Birth certificate, school ID) as may be required by the Company, failing which the participants would automatically stand disqualified from participating in the selection process.

3. The participant’s photograph shall be submitted/uploaded on the website as part of Westside kids wear campaign at faceofwestside.com. Entries received by mail, courier etc. shall, under no circumstances, be accepted and the Company shall not be responsible for lost or damaged entries.

4. Entries can be submitted to the Company from 31st Oct. 2017 (12:00 am) to 12th November2017 (11:59pm).

5. 8 participants shall be selected and the selected participants shall be announced on faceofwestside.com and also on our social media websites on 14 November 2017. The shoot for the Westside event shall begin on 25th November 2017 at Mumbai.

6. The participants shall be selected by the Company shall be available for the final shoot. Each selected participants shall be awarded with Gift Vouchers worth Rs.1,000/- each month for a year from Westside.

7. The Company shall have the right to publish the pictorial representation of the selected participants on all print, electronic & other media, submitted or created during the shoot at all times and shall not be restricted to this event/promotion only.

The selected participant(s) or nay party claiming through them (including the parents, guardians or relatives etc.) shall have no right, title or other claim whatsoever over the photos submitted or created during the shoot and the copyright in the same shall vested with the Company in perpetuity.

The Company is fully and exclusively entitled to use, publish, republish the images, photographs, videos etc. derived from the event in connection with various promotional material of the Company. And for this purpose, the Company reserves the right to use the photos, images, videos etc. in conjunction with other branding materials, logos of the Company.

8. In the event, that any selected participant(s) is disqualified, the Company shall at its sole discretion may select, another participant(s).
9. The decision of the Company shall be final and binding and any correspondence in this regard shall not be entertained.

10. In case the selected participant resides outside the city limits of Mumbai, the Company shall bear the cost of the domestic travel, accommodation and meals for one guardian along the selected participant(s) only. The Company shall not be responsible for any other expenses, including but not limited to telephone calls, faxes, and personal purchases and such expenses shall be borne by selected participant.

11. The Company shall not be responsible for any charges, expenses, claims, remuneration claimed by the selected participant(s) unless expressly mentioned herein.

12. The selected participant shall be accompanied by at least one of the parent or guardian, who shall be responsible the selected participant(s) during the entire duration of the event including travelling and stay. The Company shall not responsible for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind caused by travelling to or from the venues.

13. For the avoidance of doubt, all rights in the name and title of the event and the format rights for the event is a property of the Company and the Company may exploit the same at its own discretion.
14. The Terms and conditions mentioned herein shall be construed and governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
15. Employees of the Company and their immediate relatives are not be eligible to participate in the event.
16. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by the Company to conduct further similar or other events.
17. The Company reserves the right to terminate or extend the scheme at any time, or to accept or reject any entry at its absolute discretion without assigning any reason.
18. The Company reserves the right to modify or change any of the terms and conditions applicable to this event.
