Introduction :

** Govt of Jharkhand is organizing a contest for creation/development of a Mobile Application (App), Essay Writing Competition, Workshop to mark the celebration of digital India week at Jharkhand.

Any citizen of India aged 18 years or above, can participate in the contest.

** The contest is open to the Citizens of India only.
** The shortlisted Applicants will have to travel to Ranchi, Jharkhand to make a final presentation to the jury.

Rules & Regulations :

** All shortlisted candidates will have to submit required documentation in support as proof of age.
** For mock up /app development, prior experience or knowledge in app design and development is recommended.
** Please submit your idea on the Contest page.
** Please ensure that your idea contains the appropriate hashtag under any of the three categories defined on the Contest page in Jharkhand website.
** This will enable Jury to sort the ideas in the appropriate categories.
** The ideas will be shortlisted by the Jharkhand Govt Jury team on the basis of relevance to the context.
** The fine prints should be included in the Idea and should be part of final app presentation.
** The shortlisting will be done by a Screening Committee constituted by Department of IT, Govt of Jharkhand.
** Winner will be rewarded.
** The Government of Jharkhand will own all the intellectual property rights to final mobile app.
** The developer will be required to hand over the entire code for the winning App to Government of Jharkhand.
** The development team will be responsible for maintenance of the winning App for a period of One Year from the date of launch.
** The winning app to be hosted on the Servers of Government of Jharkhand.
** There are no financial considerations for idea submission or app development.
** The government of Jharkhand will not make any payment towards any costs incurred by the contributors/contestants towards the development or submission of the idea, mock ups or the App.

** You will be redirected to Contest page.
** Select the desired Contest from “Contest Name”.
** Fill the Uploading Form.
** Upload Your File.
