Rolling Reels International Film Festival :
** An initiation by Festember, Rolling Reels International Film Festival aims to cultivate and inspire people to capture their ideas on celluloid.
** The film festival shall be held in Hyderabad on August 15th and 16th. Short films of all genres and languages are accepted as entries.
** With the crème of the crop and the amateurs participating, the competition is sure to be invigorating, entertaining and unique.
** Apart from the screening of the shortlisted films there are going to be industry specific workshops conducted by eminent personalities and prominent celebrities, Rolling Reels hopes to enthral all those who participate.

Prizes :
Prizes worth Rs 70, 000 are up for grabs under the following categories
** Best film
** Second best film
** Individual Awards
** Best actor
** Best director
** Best screenplay
** Best cinematography
** Best editing
** Best sound mixing

The Venue :
** Situated in the heart of Telangana, Hyderabad is a city which has been blessed with a rich film culture.
** It is the home to Ramoji Film City, the largest film studio in the world and has also given birth to some of the biggest stars in the film industry.
** The Finale is set to take place at Annapurna International School of Film and Media, India’s first private non-profit media school which is fast evolving as one of the India’s largest.

Rules & Regulations :
Submission :
** The film can be experimental, narrative, fiction or animation.
** Total running time must be less than 20 minutes in length, including front and back credits. Minimum running time is 8 minutes.
** The short film can be in any language or genre. All films must have English subtitle presentation.
** Multiple entries can be submitted, but with separate entry forms. Each film is considered as a new entry.
** A poster and a synopsis of the short film to be enclosed with the entry.
** Rolling Reels has right to use the sent films for Festival promotional purposes and to retain copies of each film as part of our library.
** Films once selected & submitted for final screening will not be allowed to be withdrawn under any circumstances until festival is over.

Date Of Submission :
** Regular Submission: 15th June 2015 to 15th July 2015 (with Rs.500 Entry Fee)
** Late Submission: 16 th July 2015 to 20 th July 2015 (with Rs. 700 Entry Fee)
** Film should be submitted before Last Date. The Rolling Reels is not responsible for late or misappropriated entries.
** Youtube link submitted for selection will be considered as final and no changes will be entertained after submission. It is the sole responsibility of the applicant to submit correct unbroken link.
** The competition is open for professionals as well as students. No separate section for student filmmakers.
** The Festival is scheduled on August 15th 2015

Selection :
** Content Originality (Quality of storyline and script)
** Production (Camera work, lighting, and shot composition)
** Post-Production (Editing, transitions, pacing, continuity, and flow)
** Image (Focus, color, and lighting)
** Sound Quality (Clarity, consistency of audio levels, and lack of noise)
** No work or artist will be either discriminated or favored by their country of origin, language, age, race, education, gender, ideology, or by their economic resources. Every content, every form, every technique will be admitted with no censorship of any kind.
** The decision of selection committee is final. Finalists will be notified by mail and/or phone. The Rolling Reels will use its best efforts to announce the selected films, winners at the designated time, but will not be held liable for any unforeseen delays.
** By entering the Short Film Festival, contestants agree to accept and be bound by the decisions of the Festival and its judges which are final and binding in all matters.
** Selection of films will be done by a committee whose decision will be final. However, Festival Authorities reserve the right to accept or reject any film that is likely to offend sentiments, feelings or sensibilities of any caste, community, religion and sector, or that is likely to promote racism or ill will in the society.
** Entrant agrees to be bound by all terms of these official Festival rules and regulations as established herein.
** The Rolling Reels reserves the right to extend the Festival Last Date for any unforeseen reasons if needed.
** Entry constitutes permission to use winner’s name, likeness, and voice for future advertising and publicity purposes without additional compensation.
** The decision of selection committee is final. Finalists will be notified by mail and/or phone by August 10th 2015
