This offer:
(a) is made by VIP Industries Limited (the Company) having its corporate office at DGP House, 5th Floor, 88-C, Old Prabhadevi Road, Mumbai 400 025.
(b) Is valid only for purchases of brand Skybags.
(c) Is valid for customer(s) only
(d) Cannot be clubbed with any other offer/ scheme.

Contest ends on the midnight of 21st December 2015.

Sunburn Terms and Conditions :

** Only customers who shop for Rs 2000 & above will be considered for the offer.
** Participants must be above the age of 18 years on the day of submission of form online
** Offer Valid on single bill purchase & on net billing amount only
** The email id & name provided while submitting your answer should be the same as details provided while making the purchase.
** Results will be declared on 24th December 2015
** Incomplete/ unclear answers will be rejected
** One winner will be given a couple pass for Sunburn Goa that is scheduled to be held between 26th and 30th December 2015.
** The Pass shall be valid for a couple only and shall be valid for the Sunburn Goa 2015 only.
** All results are final and binding and no further questions, complaints or explanations will be entertained or provided.
** The winner shall be given only the pass for the Sunburn Goa 2015 and all other expenses relating to travelling, boarding, lodging, eating, drinking etc shall be borne by the winner only. VIP Industries Limited shall not be liable to make any payment or reimburse any costs incurred by the winner or any other person.
** The pass can neither be exchanged for any other gift/product or cash or cash equivalent nor can be transferred to any other person.
** No duplicate pass will be issued in case of lost or misplaced or mutilated.
** The offer is valid only on the Skybags brand products.
** The voucher is non-encashable, non-negotiable and not extendable.
** VIP reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, to add / alter / modify / change or vary all of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this offer by another offer, whether similar to this offer or not, or to withdraw it altogether.
** In case of any dispute or differences arising between the guest(s) / customer(s) or any other parties and Sunburn Goa 2015 the same shall not be referred to V.I.P. Industries Limited and in case of any dispute V.I.P. Industries shall not be the party to the dispute in connection with this offer and shall not be liable to any guest(s)/customer(s) or any other party.
** VIP Industries Limited is not responsible for any loss, damage or injury to the winner or any other person arising from entering the contest or winning the prize or during their visit to Sunburn Goa.
