On-the-Spot Painting:
The topic will be announced just before the competition. Only one individual entry will be permitted from each SNA Unit. Participants should bring their own materials; the organisers will provide only the paper. Mechanical devices,e.g. use of stencils, etc. will not be permitted. Time allotment will be One Hour.

Floor Decoration (Rangoli):
The size for Floor Decoration is 3×3 feet. Participants will bring their own material. No mechanical devices e.g., use of stencils etc. will be allowed. Theme/Topic will be given on the spot. Only one individual entry will be permitted from each SNA Unit. Time allotted for Rangoli will be Two Hours.

Health Education:
Topic: “Nurses Mission for Clean and Healthy India”
Time limit: Seven minutes
Mode of presentation: Drama / skit / puppet show / poetry / song / folk form/ Couplets
Language: Hindi / English

Note: Only single entry per SNA unit will be allowed and group entry should not have more than three participants.

Poetry Recitation:
The topics related to Health or Nursing profession will be announced on the spot. Participants will be given ten minutes to prepare and three minutes (maximum) to recite on the given topic. Medium of presentation will be Hindi or English. Only one individual entry either in Hindi or English will be allowed from each SNA Unit.

Sports:
The events are: 100 Meters Race, Discus throw and Javelin throw. Competitions for these events will be held separately for male and female contestants. Only two individuals entry will be permitted from each SNA Unit.

Dress Code:
Black Track Pant, White T-Shirt, White Canvas Shoes

Personality Contest:
Miss. SNA:
One individual entry per SNA unit will be allowed .Participant should not reveal their name or the name of the SNA unit. Make up set and costumes to be brought of their own. There will be 4 rounds.

Round 1: Self introduction in traditional attire
Round 2: In Western attire
Round 3: Question round. It is an elimination round. The best five contestants will be selected
Round 4: One common question in writing.

Mr. SNA:
One individual entry per SNA unit will be allowed. Participant should not reveal their name or the name of the SNA unit. Make up set and costumes to be brought of their own. There will be 4 rounds.

Round 1: Self introduction in traditional attire.

Round 3: Question round. It is an elimination round. The best five contestants will be selected.
Round 4: One common question in writing.

Talent Night:
Only single entry in solo dance as well as in the group dance (either classical or folk dance) from each SNA unit will be allowed for talent night competition. Number of participants for group dance should not be more than 12. CD with the songs should be handed over to the chairman, cultural committee, the day before competition.

Time: 3 Minutes for Classical and for Folk Dance 7 minutes.

Rules Of Entry For The Competition:

1. In Poetry/Recitation and Health Education Competitions, only one entry either in English or Hindi will be allowed from each Unit.
2. In any group item, more than three participants will not be permitted to participate from each unit.
3. No entry fee for any competition is required.
4. Last date of receiving the duly filled form is 30th July, 2015.
5. One form for each competition (group or individual) need to be submitted.

Note: In any group item each contestant should give his/her name and address (clearly) in the entry form for issuing merit certificates.
