Big Bazaar Kids Carnival Contest:
** Enrollment in the “Chhota Bheem Kids Carnival” is purely a voluntary decision of the participant and under the guidance of parent/ Guardian

** The Participant should be in the age group from 5 to 13 years.
** The Participant has to follow all the Terms and Conditions of Kids Carnival
** Kids Carnival Activation, Drawing & Talent show Competition along with games schedule may vary from store to store & city to city
** Campaign Period of the activity on ground will be held from 28th May – 12th June on select weekends
** For Drawing competition, participants have to bring their own colors and pencils. Big Bazaar will only provide the drawing sheets
** For Talent Show competition, participants should get their own props, costumes and Make-up
** The Final Selection is purely at the discretion of the store judges panel and it shall be conclusive and final. No complaints in this regard will be entertained. Any attempt to influence the store judges panel either by the participant or any relatives or friends will disqualify the contestant
** All Participants will get participation certificates
** Engagement activities, Competitions & Offers and its Terms and Conditions are subject to change without prior notice
** Future Retail Ltd is not responsible if for any missed participation in Kids Carnival
** The Prizes must be claimed by the child/parents within 7 days from the date of declaration of winner, else the prizes will lapse. At the time of the claim, identification proof of the winner is mandatory
** Future Retail Ltd exclusively reserves the right to change/altericancel any or all the contests as its sole discretion without assigning any reason thereon
** In case of any dispute, the decision of Future Retail Limited will be final & binding. Litigation, if any, is subject to jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai
** Pogo will not be liable in any manner whatsoever including without limitation any loss, claim, damage, expenses whether expressed, implied, real or consequential incurred by the Participant due to participation in the Carnival.
