Knorr Magic Mug Offer Terms & Conditions :
** These terms and conditions are applicable for the “Knorr Magic Mug Offer” (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) being conducted by Hindustan Unilever Limited (hereinafter referred to as “HUL”) from 1st June,2016 to 31st July, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”).

** The Participants agree to have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and each Participant hereby agrees to be bound by the Terms and/or by any subsequent revisions of the terms.
** The Contest is open for all the residents of India who are 18 years of age or above. For children below the age of 18 years, parental consent is necessary, which shall be deemed to have been provided upon participation. (herein after referred to as “Participants”).
To participate in the contest, the following process is required to be followed by the Participants:
** Purchase any pack of Knorr Cup a Soup.
** Cut the pack and find 8 digit unique code printed behind the red patch on the pack.
** SMS the 8 digit unique code number (hereinafter referred to as “UCN”) printed at the back of the red patch to 09246108080 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Number”)
** Upon receipt of the SMS, the Participant shall be sent an SMS confirming his/her participation & thanking the participant if the Unique Code is correct and valid. Standard charges shall be applicable for sending the SMS as per the tariff plan subscribed by the Participants by their respective telecom Service Provider.
Note:
The first 20000 Participants upon valid registration during the Contest Period shall win a ‘Knorr Magic Mug’.
This Offer is valid only with respect to the following variants of Knorr Cup a Soup:
i. Knorr Cup-A-Soup Tomato Chatpata (16g);
ii. Knorr Cup-A-Soup Mixed Vegetable (11g);
iii. Knorr Cup-A-Soup Sweet Corn Veg (12g);
iv. Knorr Cup-A-Soup Manchow (12g);
v. Knorr Cup-A-Soup Hot & Sour (11g);
vi. Knorr Cup-A-Soup Sweet Corn Chicken (13g);
vii. Knorr Cup-A-Soup Chicken Delite (11g).
** Participation in this Contest is free, voluntary and at the sole discretion of the Participant. By participating in this Contest, the Participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts all the decisions of HUL and/or the Technology Partner, which shall be final and binding in all matters related to the Contest.
** Participant would be able to send only one UCN through a single mobile number to participate in the Contest. However, a Participant shall be able to send multiple UCNs through multiple mobile numbers but only UCN with Unique Mobile number with Unique mailing address shall be consider as valid entry for the contest.
** The names of the winners alongwith the last four digits of their mobile numbers will be announced on knorr.in/offer (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Website”) between 1st July, 2016 and 7th August, 2016.
** If the Participant is not reachable on the mobile number used to participate in the Contest or on the given address, his/her nomination shall stand cancelled and the next Participant shall be given the prize as per HUL’s discretion. HUL/ Technology partner shall not assume any responsibility in this regard.
** Prizes will be delivered within 120 working days from the date of announcement of winners. Delivery shall be attempted only once. In case the winner is not able to take the delivery, the winner will be required to take delivery at his/her own cost from the nearest courier office within 3 (three) working days of attempted delivery by HUL.
** If no steps are taken for any reason whatsoever by the winner within the said stipulated period the winner’s entitlement to the prize shall stand automatically forfeited. The winners shall be required to provide detailed address and other information (as required) to HUL/Technology Partner at which the prizes shall be delivered by the authorised representative.

I have got a call but have not received the cup yet.
My name is in the third list and I got call for address confirmation but still mug has not reached to my place. Please resolve the issue.

This is really a cheap marketing strategy by Knorr of HUL never expected reputed company like HUL will do this by not giving gifts said and the call center number is also removed. It is disgusting that waiting for mug for these many days as mentioned by you looks waste as 120 days deadline is nearing by everyone leave hopes of getting it. It's cheap marketing strategy by HUL's Knorr. I got my name in 3rd list and took all details. They said it will reach you anytime in next 120 days, but not yet received not hoping that winners will get it.
It is really sad to know that all these promotions are fake. Even after getting confirmation of winning, no magic mug was delivered. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional conduct from Knorr.
