The following terms and conditions (collectively “Terms and Conditions”) govern the #Snapdeal App Contest (hereinafter referred to as “Contest”) which is hosted by Jasper Infotech Private Limited (“Snapdeal”)

Eligibility:
** Participants must be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India, 18 years or older at the time of entry, to be eligible to enter and participate in the Contest.

** If you are under the age of 18 years, you should review these Terms and Conditions with your parent or legal guardian to make sure that you and your parent or legal guardian agree to these Terms and Conditions and further, if required, your parent/legal guardian shall perform or undertake such activities to enter into a legally binding agreement.

** Snapdeal’s employees and their immediate family members (spouses, domestic partners, parents, grandparents, siblings, children and grandchildren), are not eligible for the Contest.
** By participating into the Contest, the Participant hereby warrants that all information submitted by Participant is true, accurate and complete to the best of his/her knowledge
** Snapdeal reserves the right to seek from proof of age and/or nationality and any other information, detail etc. from the participants.
** Apple iPhone and iPad users are not eligible to participate in the Contest.

How To Participate:
** Any Participant who fulfils the eligibility criteria mentioned hereinabove may participate in the Contest, subject to these Terms and Conditions and in accordance with the following process:
** The Contest begins at 14:00:00 HRS Indian Standard Time (IST) on 27th June, 2016 and ends at 14:00:00 HRS Indian Standard Time (IST) on 06th July, 2016 (hereinafter referred to as “Contest Period”)

 Contest Entry:
To participate, the Participants must, during the Contest Period:
(1) download the mobile application of Snapdeal (“Snapdeal App”) either by:
(i) clicking on the banner given on the Mobile Website and downloading the Snapdeal App; or
(ii) giving a missed call at 08820777777 from the Participants mobile device and downloading the Snapdeal App from the promo link received via SMS; and
(2) thereafter, register a first time account on the Snapdeal App.

** Participants downloading and registering on the Snapdeal App prior to the commencement of the Contest Period or post the Contest Period shall not be considered eligible for the Contest. Further, the Participant cannot un-install the Snapdeal App for a minimum period of one (1) month from the commencement of Contest.

** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all Participants fulfil the requirements under Section 2(b) and 2(c) above and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, one (1) Participant will be selected by a random draw of lots to answer the Contest question.
** Upon answering the Contest question correctly within the time period communicated by Snapdeal, the selected Participant stands a chance to win an Apple iPhone 6s (hereinafter referred to as “Prize”)

** Snapdeal reserves the right to disqualify the Participants immediately from the Contest if Participants have supplied untruthful, inaccurate or misleading details and/or information, of any nature and/or have failed to abide by and/or are in breach of the Terms and Condition herein.

Prize:
The Winner will be entitled to win the Prize as set out below, subject to the Terms and Conditions imposed herein.

Prize shall be:
A brand new Apple iPhone 6s. Each Prize will be awarded “AS IS” and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose)

Winners Announcement:

** Out of all eligible Contest Entries as per Section 2(b) and 2(c) above, received from the Participants during the Contest Period and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, one (1) Participant shall be selected by Snapdeal on a random basis.

** Snapdeal shall call such Participant on the mobile number, provided by the Participant at the time of registration, and shall ask a question providing the correct answer to the question posed by Snapdeal; such Participant shall be declared as the “Winner”.

** In the event the shortlisted Participant’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, three (3) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on that day and/or the next day.

** If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant’s participation in the Contest comes to an end and the Participant’s entry stands cancelled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the Prize. In such an event, another Participant will be shortlisted by Snapdeal.
