QUIZWIN Campaign:

A Paytm user (participating in this Campaign shall be referred to as “Subscriber”/Participant) by participating in the Campaign, hereby agrees to the Terms and Conditions mentioned below

Campaign Period:
From 13th September 2016 at 00.01 hours in the morning and concluding on 19th September 2016 at 23:59 hours (both days inclusive)

Charging:
To participate in/register for the Campaign, the Subscribers have to:
** Pay to buy the questions to play the Campaign .
** Buy a Coupon from Paytm website/app/wap portal for Rs. 10 and subscriber will get pack of 5 questions, initially to play the contest.
** Post buying the coupon, a confirmation message will be sent to participant with contest link (URL)
** User will click on the URL (link), login with their Paytm id and first 5 questions will be served, which participant needs to answer.
** One coupon received/bought by participant is valid for one participant only. Coupon brought from Paytm during the Campaign Period shall be redeemed by participant during the campaign Period only and it shall not carry forward for any further campaign or offer run by Paytm.
** To continue further with the contest, the participants have an option to buy more packs to score more. They can purchase more packs from https://web.archive.org/web/20160530190246/http://quizwin.mobi:80/P347166. Customer would get “pack options” to select from and post giving consent on Paytm Payment page, subscriber shall be charged.
** Below are the various pack options for the subscriber: Pack Price No. of Questions Rs. 500 500 Rs. 250 200 Rs. 100 75 Rs. 25 15 Rs. 10 5
** A participant can play maximum 20,000 questions during the campaign period.
** The charged amount will not be refunded to Subscribers under any circumstances.
** The participant will be granted question according to the question they subscribed.
** Subscribers shall be asked skill/knowledge based questions during the Campaign period.
** Participants must be active during the campaign period and will be informed by One97 from time to time about their engagement towards campaign through WAP/APP and/or SMS Channels.

Point System:
** For every right answer participants will get 10 Points
** There will be no negative marking

Packs Limit:
Participants can buy as many packs as required. The number of questions that a user can play would depend upon the kind of pack(s) purchased. The questions may get repeated in different packs.

Winner Selection Criteria :

Winner(s) selection shall be done based on the following criteria in descending area of priority
a) Highest Score
b) Minimum attempts
c) In- case there is tie between users to determine a single winner, One97 reserves the right to choose one lucky winner through random draw of lots through the computerized system. Further, winner will not challenge or dispute any decision taken by One97 for choosing a winner.

Prizes:
Bumper Winner:
** One bumper winner will be chosen at the end of contest as per the criterias mentioned above ** The Bumper winner will win 1 bike (Royal Enfield Classic 350)
** A daily winner is eligible for a Bumper prize
** The selection of the Bumper winner(s) shall take place on 21st of September, 2016.

Daily Prize:
** Daily winner will win Rs. 10,000 Paytm cash – 2 add money codes (Rs. 5,000 each) will be sent to customer by SMS with 60 days of validity. Customer can apply these codes to redeem and add money in the wallet
** The selection of the daily winner(s) shall take place within the 48 working hours & the gratification shall be distributed thereafter.
** Daily winner is also eligible to become Bumper winner

Winner Selection & Announcement:
** The participant would be selected as winner by One97. Post selection of winner(s), the results will be published on mentioned link www.quizwin.mobi/winners
** One97 shall also make three (3) attempts to contact winner on their registered Mobile Number in the contest to inform about the gratification and further process of claiming the gratification.
** The gratification will be forfeited and the winner agrees to surrender the gratification if the winner does not claim the gratification and/or fails to submit all necessary documents within 1 day of being contacted by One97.
