VIVO Slogan Contest is a Slogan Contest (“Slogan Contest”) Provided by Fangs Technology Private Limited, a Company incorporated under the provision of Company Act

The Slogan contest is valid from October to November 2016. (Both days inclusive) between 12 am to 11.59pm (IST)(“Slogan Contest Period “)On Purchase of vivo smart phones (hereinafter referred to as “Product”) from any outlets inside Tamil Nadu, on the Terms and Conditions (“Terms”)mentioned below.

Terms & Conditions:

1. The Slogan Contest is valid for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years or above (“Participants”), Entries by person below age of 18 years shall be disqualified.

2. The Slogan Contest is applicable only on purchase of all vivo smart phones (“Product”)

3. This Slogan Contest is applicable only if the Participant purchases a Product during the Slogan Contest Period, from any mobile phone retail outlet in Tamil Nadu (“Outlet”) and follows the instructions mentioned hereinafter. Slogan Contest is not applicable on purchase of Product from online portal or any other Outlet outside Tamil Nadu.

4. In order to participate the Participant needs to follow the following steps:
** Purchase any Product from the Outlet;
** Activate the Product in the Outlet by entering in to this site www.vivotamilnadu.com
** On entering the site, participant have to type the IMEI No of the product purchased in the given column, and fill up his/her details in the given columns. After filling up the above details. Participant need to submit a slogan regarding “Why he selected vivo in this festival season” or type any attractive catchy slogan (in English / Tamil)
** After entering all the details, Customer reads the Terms and Conditions carefully, Accepts the terms and conditions and clicks submit.
** On submission of the slogan, he/she will get a message “Thank you for your submission”

5. Winners :
Winners will be selected on the basis of slogan entries submitted. 41 (Fourty one) winners will be selected on weekly basis for the following Prizes:
** Will award One Grand 1st Prize every week. One winner will be selected as the First Prize based on slogan contest and will be awarded Maruti Suzuki Alto K10 (Ex showroom Price only)
** Will award Two numbers of second prize every week. Two winners will be selected for the second prize based on slogan contest and will be awarded TVS SPORT Bike (Ex Showroom Price Only)
** Will award Two numbers of Third prize every week. Two winners will be selected for the Third prize based on slogan contest and will be awarded LG Fully Loaded Automatic Washing Machine.
** Will award Four numbers of Fourth Prize every week. Four winners will be selected for the fourth Prize based on slogan contest and will be awarded Whirlpool 260L Refrigerator.
** Will award Four numbers of Fifth prize every week. Four winners will be selected for the fifth prize based on the slogan contest and will be awarded HAIER 32” LED Colour Television.
** Will award Eight numbers of Sixth Prize every week. Eight winners will be selected for the Sixth prize based on slogan contest and will be awarded with latest VOLTE 4G enabled Smart Phone vivo V3
** Will award Twenty numbers of Seventh Prize every week. Twenty winners will be selected for the seventy prize based on slogan contest and will be awarded with latest VOLTE 4G Enabled 4G Smart Phone vivo Y21L

6. There shall be a total 164 number of winners during the Slogan Contest Period. 41 being weekly

7. Winners will be declared every 10 days once, on the following date of the submission of Slogan Contest entry.
** 16th October
** 26th October
** 6th November
** 17th November

8. Winners will be contacted within 48 hours of selecting the slogans according to the dates provided.

9. Winners will have to go to the branch or to the place where we inform. Company have the entire right to cross check whether he is the right customer. Customer should bring the Purchased Mobile Phone, with Box kit and their Address proof and Id Proof. If customer couldn’t able to produce these information.

10. The applicable tax for prize(s) will be borne solely by the winning participant. For Two Wheeler and Car, vivo shall bear only the Ex-Showroom Prize, rest of the amount as well as the applicable taxes will have to be borne by the winner.

11. Winner of the prizes would be required to send in advance a demand draft for an applicable amount towards tax in favour of “Fangs Technology Private Limited” payable at Chennai. Winning participants will be informed about the tax component on their mobile number shared by the participants. Company will give 20 days time for the customer from the date of announcement. If the customer not paid the Tax amount within 20 days then he will be rejected.

12. All the prize winners have to come Chennai or respective branches, to collect their prizes and they have to carry their Address Proof, ID Proof, copy of PAN CARD, Original invoice and the Purchased mobile phone.

13. At the end of the Slogan Contest Period, the final results declaring all the winners for this Contest shall be uploaded on www.vivotamilnadu.com

14. The participation in the Slogan Contest is voluntary. Participation in this Slogan Contest constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. By availing this Slogan Contest, Participant(s) agrees to receive communication(s) from vivo and/or its event management company relating to the Slogan Contest and Participant(s) unconditionally agrees not to make any claim or raise any complaint against vivo and/or the event management company in this respect.

15. Availing the Slogan Contest implies that Participant agree to all Terms of the Slogan Contest. Anybody found using any unfair means will be immediately disqualified.

16. By availing the Slogan Contest, the Participant hereby consents to the accessing of information and/or images of the Participant by vivo and/or its event management company for the purpose of this Slogan Contest. Further, vivo shall be at liberty to use the entries received for its media coverage, advertisement or publicity in any form which is existing today.

17. Participant agrees that all/any pictures appearing in Slogan Contest are fictitious and any resemblance to real persons, living or dead, is purely coincidental. Pictures and images shown in the promotional material for the Slogan Contest or on the website are visual representations and the actual prize, and their colors, model numbers and/or features may differ.

18. vivo reserves the right to reject any Participant’s entry on any grounds without the need to notify the Participant of the reasons for rejection.

19. vivo also reserves the right to amend/modify the terms and conditions or any part thereof at its sole discretion without prior notice. It also reserves the right to substitute the Prize(s) under this Slogan Contest with Prize(s) of equivalent value at its sole discretion without prior notice. The color, make and model of the Prize(s) shall be as per the sole discretion of vivo and will not be changed at the request of the winner.

20. No other Slogan Contests can be clubbed with this Slogan Contest
