On the occasion of Children’s day (14th November 2016) department of Kaumarabhrithya (paediatrics) is organizing “HEALTHY BABY COMPETITION AND FANCY DRESS COMPETITION” for Children (age group within 5 years) at SDM Institute of Ayurveda and Hospital, Anchepalya, Mysore road-Bangalore.
The timing of competition is from 9 am to 1 pm,interested parents can enquire regarding the competition at hospital reception. In this regard we request you to motivate Children’s and their parents to participate for the Competition.

Rules And Regulation For Competition : (14th November – 2016)
1. Age criteria- competition is held in following three age groups
3 months to 1 year
1 year to 3 year
3 year to 5 year
2. Photo copy of Birth certificate, address proof (Any government issued identity proof either of parents or child) and Vaccination details is mandatory. These should be submitted during the contest.
3. Registration form should be filled on Spot. Height and Weight of the child will be taken on spot.
4. Registration is limited to 50 members, on first come first serve basis.
5. Evaluation is done by judges and distribution of prizes will be in the program on the same day.
6. All participants will get an appreciation certificate for participation.
