Super Brain Game Online Contest:

These Terms & Conditions are applicable to all the Participants/ Of SUPER BRAIN GAME ONLINE CONTEST (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest”) Promoted / Organized By M/s Sun TV Network Ltd. These rules can be amended or varied from time to time by STNL.

Registration:
Participants intending to contest should first register themselves on the website provided by “CHUTTI TV“ i.e www.superbraingame.skillangels.com for SUPER BRAIN GAME ONLINE CONTEST. The registration commences from November 5, 2016 till November 11, 2016.Only the registered participants can participate in the contest.

Period of the Contest:
** The Contest starts on November 12, 2016 at 9.00 am and ends on November 20 2016, at 5.00 pm. This Contest is applicable only to the Viewers of “CHUTTI TV”.
** The Contest is open to the residents of India and to the viewers of “CHUTTI TV” starting from age group of 5 – 14 years. The contest shall be conducted in English language.
** In case the participants are children below age of 5 years then it is presumed that such child participation in the contest is with the consent of the parents or legal guardians of the participant child.

Terms & Conditions:
** Super Brain game is conducted in a brain skill platform where the participant’s core brain skills will be assessed through puzzles.
** Each puzzle will be on a specific skill and would have a defined time limit to complete it. Scores will be based on correct answers and speed of completion.
** Participants will be given a Brain skill suite designed for their grade/age.
** Super Brain Game will be conducted online through our Brain Skill assessment platform. The student’s core brain skills which will be assessed are Memory, Visual Processing, Focus & Attention, Problem Solving and Linguistics.
** On completing the game, each participant can view their Brain Skill Report online. The Certificate of Participation and Brain Skill Report will be available on the website of the “CHUTTI TV”after the announcement of results.
** The Participants can download it from www.superbraingame.skillangels.com.
** Each game will have a defined time limit. Participants are expected to complete the game suite given to them within the defined time limit. Incomplete game plays will affect final skill scores and overall ranking.
** Participants can take up the Super Brain Game Challenge from any internet enabled desktop. Participants are expected to read the below technical specification for the system required to take the skill challenge.

** 10 winners will be selected from top 10 high score grade each day. Totally 90 winners will be selected for the over all contest.
** The selected winners for the daily contest shall be announced on the next day on “CHUTTI TV”. In case of tie the decision of STNL shall be final and binding.
** The Prizes for the winners of Daily contest will also be announced the next day on “CHUTTI TV” anytime after 12.00pm or as determined by STNL. Such Prize shall be worth within Rs.300.
** STNL Holds no responsibility or liability in case the winner/winners fail to be contactable by STNL on the day of the results being declared by STNL for any reason, having made despite the best efforts of STNL.
** A Maximum of 3 attempts will be made to contact each winner by STNL. In such a case, STNL shall not be liable to prove the efforts made in this regard.
** Winners will have to come to a designated location at a specified time to collect prizes. The location and time will be decided by STNL at its sole discretion and informed to the winners at the time of call.
