** This Contest will be governed by these standard terms and conditions, and accompanying contest details (collectively the “Terms”). Each entrant agrees that he/she has read and understood these Terms and by their participation in the Contest, each entrant agrees to be bound by the Terms.

** The Organizer of the Contest is Naaptol Online Shopping Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”), which shall be solely responsible for the execution and administration of this Contest.
** To enter the Contest, entrants must have placed an order through the telephonic ordering system or through the registered website of the organizer (naaptol.com) during the promotional period ‘1st Dec 2016 to 1st Jan 2017’ and should have in his/her possession a valid delivered order and documentary proof of delivery .
** In addition to the above, the customer should have participated in ‘Naaptol Christmas Carnival Whatsapp Contest’ organized by the organizer. Only such orders are eligible to enter the lucky draw.
** Participants have to click his/her picture with the product, he/she has bought from Naaptol and send a Whatsapp message on 8655818300 with his/her order number, channel number of Naaptol channel that he/she watch on TV and Cable/DTH operator name

Best entries will stand a chance to win exciting prizes:
** Bumper prize – Rs. 10 Lakh
** 10 winners – Rs. 1 lakh each
** 100 winners – Rs. 10 Thousand each

** Any order that is canceled or returned for any reason whatsoever will be considered ineligible for the lucky draw under this promotion.
** Employees of Naaptol including their relatives, friends, common acquaintances, its Associate companies, Statutory Auditors, Business advisors, Consultants, Sellers, Business associates would not be eligible for this contest.
** Organizer has the right to discontinue or terminate this promotion at any time, at its sole discretion, during the promotion period, without assigning any reason.
** The winner will be determined solely on the basis of Organizer’s discretion. Representatives of Organizer will pick the lucky draw winner through a manual random selection process from the eligible entries. The Organizer’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
** Entrants those are selected as winners and received their prizes; he/she agree that he/she allows the Organizer to use his/her photograph and/or name during promotions without demanding any compensation. (The winners may be required to participate in a photo and/or video taking session during the issuing of the lucky draw gift.)
** The prize, including any portion, is not transferable or exchangeable. In case of minor, the prize can be awarded to the winner’s nominated parent or guardian upon proper production of relevant documents.
** The Organizer reserves the right to select an alternative winner at any time, where the Organizer has reasonable grounds for believing that the initially selected winner has contravened any of these Terms. Any alternative winner will be selected applying the same criteria as that used to select the original winner.
** The Organizer reserves the right to deal with any unclaimed prize in any manner it deems fit.
** The Tax liability of the prizes shall be borne entirely by the winner and the Organizer will not be liable for the same in any form whatsoever.

Winner Announcement:
** Winners will be declared on 20th January 2017.
** All winner announcements will take place via ticker on Naaptol home shopping channel. The list of winners would also be listed on the website www.naaptol.com
** If the winner is unable to collect/claim the prize on or before 14th February 2017, the winner will be understood to have consented for forfeiting the prize and the Organizer reserves the right to redraw a new winner under the same conditions.
** Winners will be contacted/ intimated through call from number 040-30070800.

Prize Distribution:
** The prize money will be transferred to the bank account of the winners once the PAN number, Cancelled cheque and other verifications are done. The TDS 30% will be deducted from the declared prize money and the rest of the amount will be transferred to the customer.
