Nickelodeon Lift Your Gift:

This Contest is organized by Viacom18 Media Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizers”) and is open to all applicants for participation who comply with below conditions (“Participants”)

Eligibility Criteria :
** are citizens of India;
** are viewers of the channel “Nickelodeon” (“Channel”);
** who are mobile/landline subscribers of Airtel, Vodafone, Aircel, Idea, BSNL, MTNL Mumbai, Reliance, Loop and Tata (“Service Providers”); and
** Participation by minors will be deemed as participation with the prior consent and knowledge of the Participant’s parents.

** To participate in the Contest, a Participant is required to watch the Channel i.e. “Nick”, daily i.e. Monday – Sunday from 6:30 pm till 8:30 pm during the Contest Period (“Time Band”) and spot the gifts (“Prize” as defined hereinafter) featured / flashed on the Channel during the aforementioned Time Band.

** From the Prizes flashed on the Channel during the Time Band, a Participant shall be required to select a Prize that they wish to receive and submit his / her respective selection to the Organizer via the method / Modes of Participation stated below each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel.

Modes of Participation:
** The Participant can (i) select which gift / Prize that they wish to receive from the multiple options provided on the Channel or other platform/s as determined by the Organizer and (ii) submit or send in such selected / chosen Prize to the Organizer in one of the following methods each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel during the Time Band in the Contest Period:
** Via SMS, by sending an SMS ‘Nick’ <space> Option A or Option B or Option C or Option D <space> Your Name to 56882 through their respective mobile Service Providers; or
** Via IVRS by dialing IVR number DIAL 5056882 From Vodafone, Aircel, Airtel, Idea, Reliance, Tata mobile & Airtel Landline or DIAL 1255568 from BSNL Landline, mobile & MTNL mobile; or
** By logging on the Nick India webpage – ‘www.nickindia.com’ for participating and submitting the Prize that they wish to receive on the webpage as per instructions provided therein.

Contest Period:
** The Contest shall commence from 19th December, 2016 and shall conclude on 19th January, 2017 or on such date as decided by the Organizer (“Contest Period”). Any entries received after the Contest Period shall not be entertained and shall be considered ineligible for the Contest.

Selection of Winners:
At the end of the Contest Period, the Organizers shall select total 64 (sixty – four) Participants i.e. 2 (two) Participants per day of the Contest Period, who have correctly submitted /sent in their selection (of the Prize that they wish to receive) via the methods / Modes of Participation set out herein each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel, on first come basis and as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion as the winners of the Contest (“Winners”).

Out of the total Winners to be declared, Winners shall be declared on following basis:
** 5 (five) Participants who have correctly submitted /sent in their selection (of the Prize that they wish to receive) via the methods / Modes of Participation set out herein each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel, on first come basis and as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion shall be selected and shall be eligible to win a Prize of 1 (one) ‘Fitbit each as per gratification table provided below;

** 5 (five) Participants who have correctly submitted /sent in their selection (of the Prize that they wish to receive) via the methods / Modes of Participation set out herein each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel, on first come basis and as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Nick Black Sipper’ each as per gratification table provided below;

** 10 (ten) Participants who have correctly submitted /sent in their selection (of the Prize that they wish to receive) via the methods / Modes of Participation set out herein each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel, on first come basis and as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Tablet’ each as per gratification table provided below;

** 10 (ten) Participants who have correctly submitted /sent in their selection (of the Prize that they wish to receive) via the methods / Modes of Participation set out herein each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel, on first come basis and as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Watch’ each as per gratification table provided below;

** 5 (five) Participants who have answered maximum correct answers by the end of the Contest Period as determined at sole discretion of Viacom18 shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Headphone’ each as per gratification table provided below;

** 14 (fourteen) Participants who have correctly submitted /sent in their selection (of the Prize that they wish to receive) via the methods / Modes of Participation set out herein each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel, on first come basis and as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Motu Patlu Hamper’ (comprising such item/s as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion) each as per gratification table provided below;

** 5 (five) Participants who have correctly submitted /sent in their selection (of the Prize that they wish to receive) via the methods / Modes of Participation set out herein each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel, on first come basis and as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Ninja Hattori Hamper’ (comprising such item/s as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion) each as per gratification table provided below; and

** Last 10 (ten) Participants who have correctly submitted /sent in their selection (of the Prize that they wish to receive) via the methods / Modes of Participation set out herein each time their chosen / selected Prize is flashed / featured on the Channel, on first come basis and as determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion shall be selected and declared as Winners wherein each such declared Winner shall be eligible to win 1 (one) ‘Phone’ each as per gratification table provided below.

Gratification Details:
** The Winners of the Contest as declared by the Organizers would be eligible to win the prizes given and determined by the Organizers in their sole discretion, in the manner mentioned below (“Prize/s”):
** For the sake of clarity, it is understood that each Winner of the Contest (as selected and declared by the Organizer) shall be entitled to only 1 (one) Prize which shall be given to the Winner subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein and at sole discretion of the Organizer.
** Further, each Prize set out above shall be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion.
** The Participants or any third party shall have no right to question the nature, form, type or number of the Prize / gratification being given by the Organizers.
** Organizer takes no responsibility, liability or any other expenses for the Winners.
** Prizes will be distributed at the end of the Contest Period, at such date and time as may be determined by the Organizer in its sole discretion subject to compliance of terms and conditions here and all instructions of Organizer from time to time.
