** No entries will be accepted into the contest after the closing date.
** 5 lucky winners of the campaign will receive a gift card worth INR1000.
** The campaign is only open to legal residents of India and is void where prohibited by law.
** Any obscene content is strictly prohibited; Any party found in violation of it will be penalised and the content will be removed upon Orient Cement’s discretion.
** By participating, the contestant agrees to be fully unconditionally bound by these rules and represent and warrant that meet the eligibility requirements.
** Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award.The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Orient Cement.
** No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at Orient Cement discretion. The prize is nontransferable.
** No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of the prize, to others or request for the cash equivalent by the winner is permitted.
** Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner.
** Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Orient Cement to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation unless prohibited by law.
** The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
** The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Orient Cement. The winner will be notified by email within five (5) days following selection of Winner.
** Orient Cement shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
** If winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 5 days from the time award notification is sent or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and release as required, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected

** Orient Cement reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the campaign
