Photography Contest:

The results & winning photographs will be posted on 7th May 2017 on caritasindia.org, imcp3.org & websites of partner organizations, Facebook; and will be available until 30th June 2017.

Who Can Enter The Competition:
The competition is open to:
** All staff/Consultants of Caritas India and her partner organizations.
** Officials, consultants with the National Vector Borne Disease Control Program, State and District Vector Borne Disease Control Programs and Regional Office of Health and Family Welfare
** All government and non-government organizations, corporate sector.

Follow These 5 Steps To Enter The Contest:
** Read the terms and conditions carefully.
** Download and fill the Photography contest form (attached).
** Give a unique caption to your photograph(s) and fill the same in the Photography contest form
** Compress (zip) the photographs (JPEG) with appropriate software as a folder
** Attach the compressed folder with the filled Photography contest form to the email ID: photocontestwmd2017@gmail.com and send.

Prizes:
First prize: INR 20,000
Second prize: INR 15,000
Third prize: INR 10,000

Terms & Conditions:
The competition is open until 30th April 2017 (12 midnight IST) as part of World Malaria Day 2017 campaign.

You can submit up to 3 photographs with a suitable caption under each theme:
(a) End Malaria for Good – Community in Action
(b) Saving Lives – Colors of Courage
(c) Prevent mosquito bite – Keep malaria out!

** Each photograph should carry a brief description (not more than 50 words) explaining the situation and location in which the photograph was taken.
** The photograph(s) must be in digital, jpeg format and high-resolution image is recommended.
** The photograph(s) must have been taken within one year before the last date of this contest and must not previously have won an award/prize elsewhere or published.
** The photograph(s), in its entirety, must be a single work of original material taken by the entrant.
** Scanned or pirated copies or any sort of disguising or misrepresenting from the origin of the content will automatically stand disqualified.
** Photograph(s) should not be digitally touched or corrected.
** The photograph(s) must not contain, in the sole and unfettered discretion any obscene, provocative, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable or inappropriate content.
** No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries or entries made fraudulently.
** Entrants will be deemed to have accepted the T&C & to agree to be bound by them when entering this contest.
** The decision of a selection committee constituted by Caritas India will be final. No correspondence will be entered into.
** Caritas India reserves the right to examine the original photograph and/or source material in order to confirm compliance with the T&C of the contest. Caritas India also reserves the right to publish/use the winning and all other photographs for information products and publications.
