Bounce Every Day Every Minute Contest :

** The Bounce Every Day Every Minute Contest is organized by ITC Limited (“ITC”) purely for promotional purposes. (“the Contest”)

** Participation in the Contest is purely voluntary.
** These terms and conditions apply to the Contest for the consumers.
** Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
** This Contest gives the Participants a chance to win a coloring bag (“Bounce Bag”) every minute and a scooter toy (“Bounce Scooter”) every day based on the inputs given by the Participant and an assured gift of a discount promo code for www.ajio.com.
** The Bounce Bag and the Bounce Scooter are individually referred to as “the Prize” and collectively as “the Prizes”.
** The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
** All decisions of ITC in respect of the Contest and the Prizes therein will be final and binding.

Eligibility :
** ITC reserves the right to exclude any person from the Contest on grounds of misconduct or criminal record.
** Participation of a person below the age of 18 in the contest shall be with only with the express consent of the parent/legal guardian of the child
** The Contest is open only to Indian citizens residing in India.
** Employees of ITC and their family members, its associate and/or subsidiary companies, its advertising agencies and its auditors are not entitled to participate in this Contest.

Contest Period & SKUs :
** The Contest is valid for a period of 61 days commencing from 1st May 2017 to 30th June 2017 (hereinafter “Contest Period”). (Inclusive of both days).
** The Participants can submit entries at any time during the Contest Period but the selection of 1440 ( one per minute for each day) winners for the Bounce Bag and 1 winner for Bounce Scooter will considered based on the Entries received on the previous day and entries received in the previous week respectively.
** Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the ‘SMS’ or the time at which the entry is submitted online at playwithbounce.com.
** The contest shall run on all Rs. 5 & Rs. 10 SKUs of Bounce only, which have the Contest promo depicted on the Bounce biscuit label.

Prizes :
** There will be 1440 Bounce Bags and 1 Bounce Scooter toy to be won each day of the Contest period.
** Winners will be chosen from a list of valid entries received from Participants based on creativity in their answers by a jury appointed by the agency of ITC.
** Each successful registration will be entitled to an assured gift of a discount promo code from www.ajio.com.
** There is no warranty or assurance as to the merchantability or fitness of the Prizes to be given.

** Any issues with any of the Prizes are to be taken up directly with the manufacturers of the Prizes.

How to Participate :
A Participant can enter the contest any number of times per day from a mobile number either through SMS or through online registration. However, the same unique code on a Bounce biscuit packet cannot be used more than once.

** Participants are required to send an SMS with a valid ten digit alpha-numeric code printed on the promotional Bounce pack (“Unique Code”) to 7338227555 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone.

** (After sending the SMS in the valid format, Participant will then receive an SMS with respect to the Contest.

Online Registration:
** Participant are required to visit the website www.playwithbounce.com , enter their 10 digit alpha-numeric code, name, mobile number, select their state of residence, complete the slogan “I Love Bounce because…”, verify a code and click submit.
** Participants will then get an SMS with respect to the contest.

    Prizes will be dispatched to the winners via Courier, whilst carrying the Prize for the shortlisted Participant; the courier will carry an acknowledgement receipt.

  • On 4/08/2017 I received a call from bounce Representative and he told me that I am the winner of bounce bag and asked for my name and address and my email address. I had provided both and she said that now you will get an email and you have to click on the link and attach the picture of address proof. But I did not get any mail from you. Please send me the mail so that I can attach pic of address proof. I am the winner of 11th week.

      Presentation of the original winning Bounce biscuit wrapper is mandatory to claim the Prizes. In case the winning Bounce biscuit wrapper is not presented, lost, misplaced or mutilated, the Participant would have to forfeit the Prize and it would be awarded to another Participant without any further communication to the Participant.

      In the event the shortlisted Participant’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on that day and/or the next day. If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant’s participation in the Contest comes to an end and the Participant’s entry stands cancelled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the prize. In such an event, another Participant will be shortlisted by ITC .
