Scratch Karo Aagey Raho Contest
1. This Scheme will be available on all Kopiko SKUs. KOPIKO is available without the consumer offer also.

Contest Period
2. This Scheme will be effective and running all over India except Tamil Nadu from 24th July till 15th October 2017 only.
3. This Scheme is available for end consumers only.
4. The end consumer shall get 1 scratch card for every 5 pieces of KOPIKO.
Prize Details
5. The Mega Prizes to be won under Scratch card are Maruti Swift Car LXI, Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC Bike OR Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Phone.
6. The end consumer claiming any of the Mega Prize under Scratch card has to follow the below instructions mentioned under point A to D:
A. The Consumer has to send the SMS, by typing KOPIKO <space> <Unique Code mentioned in the scratch card> and send it to 8082892988. Standard SMS charges will apply.
B. The Consumer claiming Mega Prize has to send the SMS through mobile number registered in the same of consumer only.
C. The Consumer has to retain the Scratch Card for any of the Mega Prizes won of Maruti Swift Car LXI, Bajaj Pulsar 150 CC Bike or Xiaomi Redmi Note 4 Phone in the original form and has to produce it to the company for claiming the prize for identification purpose.
D. The consumer needs to produce the scratch card to INBISCO INDIA, any alteration or defaced scratch card shall not be acceptable and company reserves the right to cancel the nominated winner.
7. The company reserves the right to modify or withdraw the scheme at any time without prior notice or to provide any other gift of same value. The company’s decision regarding the same shall be final and binding.
8. No cash shall be paid in lieu of gifts and no request shall be entertained for exchange of gifts of equivalent value.
9. The company shall entertain only untampered & authentic scratch cards duly signed and stamped.
10. Any of the Employees of INBISCO India Pvt. Ltd. or its Authorised Dealers or Wholesalers, Retailers or Vendors of INBISCO INDIA are not eligible for participation.
11. All disputes are subject to Jurisdiction of Mumbai Courts only.
