Eligibility
(i)This Promo will be open to all Indian citizen above 18 years of age residing in Indian states with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partners of BIL and the agency residing anywhere in India.
(ii)In order to be eligible for the daily opportunity, all shortlisted winners will be required to have any Govt approved valid ID and address proof.
(iii)BIL or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDND (National Do Not disturb) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), BIL or its Agency will have all the authority to make promotional calls for the same Promo to such participants by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Promo.
Promo Period & Timings & SKUs
(i)The Promo will commence from midnight of 5th Dec, 2017 till midnight of 20th january, 2018.
(ii)The promo shall be applicable on the packs viz. “Britannia Marie Gold Go Places contest SKUs with the promo flash. Biscuit Packs without the promo flash on the pack shall not be eligible and considered for this particular promo.
(iii)BIL reserve right to amend the Promo Period and/or Promo Timing without giving any further notice. The decision of BIL on the promo shall be final and binding and no further communication in this regard shall be entertained.
(iv)The Participants can make an entry any time during the Promo Period but the daily winner generation will be for the entries received every day (hereinafter referred as “Promo Timings”).
(v) Every day winner will be selected randomly from the entries received till 12 mid night of the previous date.
(vi)Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the ‘SMS’ mode of participation as per the Agency Server. Entries coming after the completion of the Promo Period will not be considered for winner selection and no communication in this regard would be entertained.
(vii) A participant can win only once during the entire promo period and he / she shall not be considered for further participation even if he / she lodge an entry / participation during the promo period.
How to Apply
To participate in the Contest, Participant has to SMS the Lot Number given on Britannia Marie Gold pack to 78 5503 5503 and follow the instruction to complete the participation:
SMS route for Tamil Nadu
(i)As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with the keyword ‘BMG’ followed by the Lot Number printed on the back panel of the pack to 78 5503 5503 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone. e.g. SMS BMG A019372 to 78 5503 5503.
(ii)After Participants SMS’s MBK followed by the Lot Number printed on the back of the pack to 78 5503 5503 during the Promo Period they will get a question to answer via an SMS response.
(iii)Participants will be required to send SMS in the following format: ANSWER followed by their response to 78 5503 5503 to complete participation.
(ii)After sending the SMS, Participant will get SMS with respect to the Promo.
SMS route for ROI (Rest of India)
(iii) As a first step, Participants are required to SMS BMG followed by the Lot Number given on Britannia Marie Gold pack to 78 5503 5503 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone.
(iv) Once Participant SMS’s the Lot Number to 78 5503 5503, in response to that SMS, the Participant will receive an SMS with respect to the contest.
(v) All SMS entries will be validated; however the Participant will stand a chance to be declared as a winner for the day subject to further scrutiny/verification to be done by the Agency Appointed by BIL as mentioned below.
(vi) Due to technical or non-technical reasons, in case the SMS is not considered as an entry for participation; the Agency or BIL will not be liable for the same.
(vii) If the SMS is sent from a Landline in India/or any landline or mobile number outside India the SMS will not be treated as a valid entry and/or the Participant will not get SMS confirming entry.
BIL and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
** For any SPAM generated messages
** For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
** For any SMS message delivery failures
** Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
** If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry/ Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
Terms and Conditions
(i) These terms and conditions apply to the “Britannia Marie Gold – Go Places Contest” activation programme for the consumers sponsored and launched by Britannia Industries Ltd, wherein an Indian Citizen aged above 18 years of age (hereinafter for the sake of brevity and convenience referred to as ‘Participant/Winner/Confirmed Winner) can participate by sending an SMS to 78 5503 5503
(ii)The Promo is valid for All India from 5th Dec, 2017 to 20th January, 2018 (herein after referred to as “Promo Period”). BIL / its agency reserves right to amend/extend the promo period and/or T&C without giving any prior notice/intimation. No claims/questions shall be entertained in this regard.
(iii)During the promo period 1 (One) lucky winners will be selected every day for 45 days (Total 45 winners for the entire promo period) who will get a chance to win a brand new Scooty. The winners will be shortlisted on a random, scientific basis. Under any circumstances, there cannot be any exchange done for the prize.
(iv)The Promo is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations in India
Agreement to Terms and Conditions :
(i)By participating in this Promo, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions available on facebook.com/BritanniaMarieGoldBiscuits (“Promo Website”). The decision of BIL will be final and binding in all matters related to the Promo. Successfully entering the Promo and getting an opportunity to win a brand new Scooty is subject to all requirements set forth herein.
(ii)BIL reserves the right to exclude any person from the Promo on grounds of misconduct or criminal record or for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper. No communication in the regards will be entertained.
(iii)BIL reserves the right to terminate, modify or extend the Promo, at any time at its absolute discretion, without advance notice and / or assigning any reason. All decisions of BIL in respect of the Promo and the opportunity to win a brand new Scooty therein will be final and binding.
