Britannia Good Day Family Holiday Contest
By participating in this contest, Participants fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions available on www.smilemoreforagoodday.com (“Contest Website”) and/or the Facebook page viz https://www.facebook.com/BritanniaGoodDay.
Contest Details
(i) These terms and conditions apply to the “Goodday Great International Family Holiday” programme for consumers (hereinafter referred to as ” Contest”) sponsored and launched by Britannia Industries Limited wherein consumers can participate by sending an SMS of the Unique Code printed on the pack to a <long code>
(ii) The contest is valid only in India from 01/01/2018 to 01/03/2018 (herein after referred as “Contest Period”).
(iii) During the Contest Period, 60 winners will be selected for a Holiday Package (3N/4D). (All IPR rights including trademark, copy right and designs used are the property of their respective owners. Premier Sales Promotions has not taken any permission to use any of the product images, name, logo etc.
(v) The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
(vi) Consumers participating or seeking to participate in the Contest shall individually be referred to as “Participant” and collectively as “Participants”.
Eligibility
(i) This Contest will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of Britannia Industries Limited and the agency.
(ii) This contest is open for all adults above 18 years.
(iii) Britannia Industries Limited or its Agency will not be responsible for any NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play. All Participants who participate will agree as per the terms and conditions that even if they are registered under NDNC, DND (Do Not Disturb), Britannia Industries Limited or its Agency will have all the authority to call such shortlisted winners by virtue of them having voluntarily participated in the Contest.
Contest Period
(i) The contest will commence from 12.00 AM on 01/01/2018 to 11:59PM on 01/03/2018.
(ii) Time of participation will be defined as the time at which the entry is received through the SMS/Online mode of participation at Britannia Industries Limited computer.
(iii) Entries coming outside the Contest Period will not be considered for winner selection.
(iv) The contest shall run on the following SKUs of Good Day biscuits only.

How To Participate?
Any participant can enter the contest 20 times from a mobile number through SMS/Online during the contest period.
SMS Participation
To participate in the Contest, customers have to send an SMS to 07259188888 and follow the instruction to complete the participation:
SMS route for Rest of India:
(i)As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with the Batch Number printed on the pack to 07259188888 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone.
e.g. SMS B1015438 to 07259188888
(ii)After sending the SMS, Participant will get SMS wrt to the contest.
SMS route for Tamil Nadu:
(i)As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with the Batch Number printed on the pack to 07259188888 from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone. e.g. SMS B1015438 to 07259188888
(ii)After Participants SMSes GOODDAY followed by the Batch Number printed on the pack to 07259188888 during the Contest Period they will get a simple question (Good day brings a smile because …) to answer via an SMS response.
(iii)Participants will be required to send SMS in the following format: GOODDAY <space> “Batch Code” followed by their answer to 07259188888 to complete participation.
(iv)After sending the SMS, Participant will get SMS wrt to the Contest.
Online Participation
Online route for Rest of India:
(i)As a first step, Participants are required to log on to the contest website www.smilemoreforagoodday.com, click on the Rest of India Tab and follow the instructions on the website to complete participation.
(ii)Participants will be required to enter the Batch number printed on the pack as per instructions on the website, and their mobile no, verify code and Click Submit.
(iii)There will be no charges for entries made online other than the charge to respective Internet Service Providers for the internet usage.
(iv)If the Participant logs on to the website after completion of the Contest Period, the Participant will be informed that the Contest Period is over and therefore no entries can be accepted.
Online route for Tamil Nadu:
(i)Participants can log on to www.smilemoreforagoodday.com, click on the Tamil Nadu Tab and follow instructions on the website to participate in the Contest.
(ii)Participants will be required to enter the Batch number printed on the pack as per instructions on the website, and their mobile no. and also answer a simple question in the format (Good day brings a smile because …) to complete the participation.
(iii)There will be no charges for entries made online other than the charge to respective Internet Service Providers for the internet usage.
(iv)If the Participant logs on to the website after completion of the Contest Period, the Participant will be informed that the Contest Period is over and therefore no entries can be accepted.
Prize
(i) Daily Prize – During the Contest Period 60 Participants will be chosen daily and they will be eligible for a Holiday Package (3N/4D). Participants will be chosen through a computerized, scientific random selection by Britannia Industries Limited or the Agency appointed by Britannia Industries Limited

As per the notification, total winners are 60. I need the names of 60 winners.
I am from Padrauna, Kushinagar. How will I participate in the contest? My lot number is a011895.

When will you declare the winners?
I could not find the lot numbers in the pack where it is. I purchased every month more then 10 or 15 packs but I could not find the lot number in any pack.
Promotion is applicable only for Goodday Nuts, Cashew and Butter Packs.
