Amazon Pay Cashless Thursdays Contest

The ‘Cashless Thursdays’ contest (“Contest”) is made available to you by Amazon Pay (India) Private Limited (“Amazon”) on the website www.amazon.in and the mobile site and mobile application thereof (collectively “Amazon.in”).

Eligibility

You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to enter into the Contest:

(i) you should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(ii) you should have set India as your current country in your account settings on Amazon.in;
(iii) your billing and delivery addresses should be within the territory of India; and
(iv) you should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.

Residents of the State of Tamil Nadu are not eligible to enter or participate in this Contest, since this Contest is prohibited in the state of Tamil Nadu under Tamil Nadu Prize Schemes (Prohibition) Act, 1979.

How To Enter?

** This Contest will be made available only for one (1) day on January 25, 2018 (“Contest Period”).
** In order to be eligible for the Contest, during the Contest Period you must:(a) purchase any product(s) on Amazon.in (each a “Product”) and(b) make the payment on Amazon.in for the Product using any electronic payment method, including debit card, credit card, net banking, Amazon Pay Balance and EMI.
** For the avoidance doubt, it is clarified that in the event you select to pay using ‘cash on delivery’ payment method for the Product, you will not be eligible for this Contest.
** In the event your order/purchase consists of any aforesaid excluded product(s), you will not be eligible for this Contest in respect of such order/purchase transaction, regardless of your purchase of Products in the same transaction.
** At the end of the Contest Period, amongst all participants who satisfy the eligibility criteria provided herein and undertake the actions stated in Section 2 (under ‘Details of the Contest and How to Enter’) above in accordance with these T&Cs
** Twenty-five (25) participants will be selected by a random draw of lots to be eligible to answer the qualifying question for the Contest, which they will receive from Amazon, through an email or phone call.
** Subject to these T&Cs, each of the selected participants who answer the question correctly and within the stipulated time period, will be eligible to receive INR 10,000 of Amazon Pay Balance (“Prize”), which will be provided in the form of equivalent amount of Amazon.in Gift Cards issued by QwikCilver Solutions Private Limited (“Gift Cards”).
** Each participant will be eligible to receive only one (1) Prize under this Contest upon answering the Contest question correctly. It is clarified that only twenty-five (25) Prizes will be given under this Contest.

Other Contests:
Please note that we may be running similar contests or promotions at the same time as the Contest. By entering into this Contest, you will not be eligible to receive any benefit and/or prize awarded in the other contest or any other promotion/ contest, unless you enter each promotion/ contest separately.

Prizes

There are a total of twenty-five (25) Prizes that will be given under this Contest. The Prize will be given to the winners, provided the qualifying question is answered correctly, on or before February 26, 2018 by Amazon as Gift Cards of an amount worth INR 10,000.

Prize Drawing:
The drawing for selection of the participants will be aggregated by February 5, 2018. Amazon will notify the selected participants by e-mail following the draw, and they will be required to share a valid proof of identity and age in the form of a copy of PAN Card / Driving License / Voter ID / Indian passport.
