India Spell Bee Contest 2015:
India Spell Bee contest is open for all schools in Tamil Nadu for the students from the class of standard 1-10.

The Students will be categorized into 4 groups:
Tiny Tots – 1st & 2nd Std
Sub juniors – 3rd & 4th Std
Juniors – 5th, 6th & 7th Std
Seniors – 8th, 9th &10th Std
Prizes worth about 10 lakhs to be won and also all categories will be awarded trophies, medals and certificates for the first three places and consolation prize for the fourth place.
Registrations are done through schools, individual registrations are not encouraged.
Students can collect the Registration forms from schools. Registration forms can also be downloaded from our website.
Spell Bee will be conducted in the following manner:
Level One : Written – At School level
Level Two : Written – At District level
Level Three : Written and Oral – At Zonal level – Event
Level Four : Reality Show – Shot in a set in Chennai in the Studio – Various rounds

Why was it cancelled?
I have paid for this context, but this contest itself was cancelled.
All the numbers are switched off. Now I could not get the money back.
I like chutti TV India spell bee. I like to participate in Chutti TV India spell bee. I want to join in this competition.

Where is the competition date?
It is not where, it is when.
My daughter S.Harini suthamani participated the contest under group III and secured first position during the year 2012-13 from Sour Lady School Erukancheri Chennai-118. I want to know if she can directly participate directly to district level now.
I am sure this will not be allowed. However, it is worth talking to Chutti TV officials in-charge of spelling bee.

School has given the seal in the application form. Can I send by myself as school is not taking the form. Please reply soon.

I guess this is applicable to students of Tamilnadu. Puducherry is not in the list.

My daughter studying in 1st std. Her school didn't get registration form. How can i register? What type of word she should refer?
School should conduct pre-liminary round in the school itself and words should be pronounced by English teacher/ Language expert of school

Payments can be made through SBI online transaction. If so follow these steps.
1. Login to http://www.online sbi.com
2. select State Bank Collect available on the top (Pre-login page)
3. Accept the terms and conditions and click proceed
4. Select state "Tamil Nadu" and instituition type "Others"
5. Select "magic Media Works" under "Works"
6. In the next page select online payments category, fill details correctly and click submit.
