Terms & Conditions :

** Anyone desirous of participating in the Ten Sports “Flying Football Club Season 3” contest (hereinafter referred to as “the Contest”) may do so subject to the terms and conditions set out herein, which will be deemed to have been accepted by him/ her at his/her own free will. To participate in the contest one need’s to register itself on Tensports.com.

** To enter a contest you must be: (a) Indian resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry. This contest is being conducted by Ten Sports, on the following dates. All valid entries submitted in the manner specified below on or before contest end date shall be treated as valid entries.

** Every Contest week, a question will be made available on www.tensports.com during the C2K Extra Time on Monday.The first round will have 7 activities. Each activity comprises of 1 question during the time period of every Tuesday to Monday. Users participating in the first 6 rounds will be eligible for the 7th final round.

** At the end of seventh round one grand winner will be declared who will be eligible for a paid trip to watch a match live as per the terms of the Contest. During the contest period 2 lucky winners (from India) will get a chance to watch a live match from any of the following Leagues – French League, Copa del Rey, UEFA Europa League, UEFA Champions League, German Cup, N-power Championship and Capital One Cup.

** The winner shall be directly contacted by Ten Sports on the E-mail provided during the registration of the Contest. The winner will be required to provide scan copy of Passport for verification purpose. In case the winner does not respond within the prescribed time limit (which will be communicated at the time of communication), the prize shall stand revoked and Ten Sports is free to extend the prize to another participant and the rest of the Terms & Conditions will remain binding on the said another participant at the sole discretion of Ten Sports.

** Ten Sports will bear the cost of economy class return air fare, Visa, hotel accommodation, match tickets. Any other expenditure including food/travel other than itinerary shall be borne by the winner. Air tickets shall be booked from the nearest International Airport wherever the Winners are residing. Ten Sports shall intimate the winners regarding date of travel for the journey and shall book of the tickets accordingly. It is to clarify that no cost will be borne by Ten Sports towards the travel charges to reach Airport from their respective residential address and vice versa.

** Winner will have to submit all the documents to embassy for the necessary processing of applying for VISA, after the winner is announced. Ten Sports team will facilitate the same. In case winner doesn’t have the valid passport or does not have or does not submit all the necessary documents with VISA office in the stipulated period the prize will go to the next top scorer after the stipulated time.

** Ten Sports at no stage of execution of services shall not be held responsible for refusal / rejection of the visa by respective consulate(s) as the authority to grant visa lies with the respective consulate(s).Ten Sports reserves its right to change, discontinue, and extend the contest and/or the terms and conditions thereof at its sole discretion without giving any prior notice to the participants. Winner should have valid passport with minimum 6 months – 1 year expiry date at the time of applying the VISA.

** Winner shall not held Ten sports liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any personal injury or loss of life that may be suffered by his/ her during the trip. Ten Sports will not be liable or held responsible for any lack or lapse in any communication on account of failure or delay by any of the Internet, Telecom and E-mails service provider. No correspondence, claims, counter claims etc in this regard shall be entertained.

** The Contestant hereby agrees to indemnify and hold Ten Sports harmless against all damages, loss, claims, demands, expenses (including legal and professional expenses) costs and liabilities that the Ten Sports may, at any time incur, as a result of breach of any Representations/Warranties of the Contestant under this Contest.

** No failure or omission by either Party to carry out or observe or perform any of the terms and conditions of this Contest shall give rise to any claim against such Party or be deemed a breach of the terms and conditions of this Contest if such failure or omission arises out of a Force Majeure Events.

** The terms and conditions of this Contest is governed and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the provisions of arbitration, the Parties agree that, wherever judicial intervention is possible, they shall submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi and in case of any dispute or other matter arising in reference to this Contestant it shall be referred to Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, amended from time to time. Venue for arbitration shall be Delhi, in English language, presided by a sole arbitrator which shall be recommended by Ten Sports in case of disagreement.

** The costs of the arbitration proceedings shall be borne equally by both the Parties.

Other Condition for participating in the Contest:
** Only one entry per person and multiple entries are not allowed.
** Incorrect registrations will be disqualified.
** No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize.
** No prize is transferable to any person.
** No purchase necessary for contest.
** Contest is not open to employees (or members of their immediate families) of Ten Sports or any subsidiary of Ten Sport or any of its associates
