Heartwork Tattoo Festival

Heartwork Tattoo Festival is a tattoo convention – a gathering of many tattoo artists and collectors who come together to share their artwork and create new pieces.

Live tattooing, piercing, and a variety of different forms of entertainment serve as the main attraction, while vendors offer a plethora of goods for sale such as t-shirts, artwork, jewelry, and accessories.

Additionally, daily tattoo contests, competitions, music, after parties and performances flesh out the schedule.

** Best Small Colour (Smaller than A4 paper) (fresh / healed)
** Best Portrait (fresh / healed)
** Best of Day 1 (fresh piece only)

Day 02 : 1st December 2018
** Best Ornamental (Dotwork / Filligree)
** Best Asian (religious /oriental) (fresh / healed)
** Best Realism (fresh / healed)
** Best of Day 2 (fresh piece only)

Day 03: 2nd December 2018
** Best Large Colour (larger than A4 paper)
** Best Large Black & Grey (larger than A4 paper) (fresh / healed)
** Best Abstract (blackwork / maori / geometric) (fresh /healed)
** Best of Day 3 (fresh piece only)
** Best Of The Show (tattoo done at the convention)

Note:
** Tattoo must be fully healed and complete to enter tattoo competition. Except for best of tyhe day and the best of the show.
** All tattoo entries in the contest must have been made by the artist attending with a booth at HEARTWORK 2017.
** Competition fees will be 500/- per entry.
** Entries will not be entertained after 5pm.
** Competition starts at 6pm.

11:00 AM – Assembly at Venue.
11:30 AM – Inauguration and Welcome ceremony.
12:00 AM – Booth taking and start of the convention.
2:00 PM – Live act takes stage.
4:00 PM – Live act takes stage.
6:00 PM – Registration for competitions close.
7:00 PM – Competitions Begin.
8:30 PM – Results get announced.
9:00 PM – Closing of day 1.

Day 02 : 1st December 2018

Event Rules

** 1st, 2nd, & 3rd place awards & certificates will be given for most categories.
** Contest registration is at the main stage prior to competitions.
** You CAN NOT enter your tattoo into more than 3 categories/ you can only enter the same tattoo thrice, no exceptions.
** It will cost Rs. 500 to enter each category. The entry fee is NON REFUNDABLE!!
** Be sure to be present 30 minutes prior to competing. No refunds for no shows!
** Tattoos can be Fresh or Healed for all categories except for Best of the Day & Best of the show.
** Only Fresh tattoos done by a participating artist can enter the competitions for Best of the Day & Best of the show.
** Tattoo Of The Day tattoos must be properly cleaned up and presentable (i.e. not seeping or bleeding).
** Tattoo Of The Day competitors must have your tattoo done by an Attending Heartwork Tattoo Artist that day of the fest.
** Tattoo of the Day will have only one trophy that will be given daily.
** Heartwork festival is not responsible for any damaged items entered in competitions, or hurt feelings resulting from any competitions.
** CSG Ltd. is not legally responsible for attendees falsifying artist information upon registration or during competitions.
** Any and all photos taken of tattoos at Heartwork festival by official Heartwork Tattoo Festival photographers are solely the property of CSG Ltd.
