Contest Period
The period from 9:00 a.m. on 16th December 2018 to 9:00 p.m. on 28th February 2019. The period of each day of the Contest Period between 9:00 am and 9:00 pm is the ‘Contest Time’;
Who Are Eligible?
All Indian citizens not resident in Tamil Nadu are ‘Eligible Persons’; however, those who are employees/ agents/ associates/ Promoters of Perfetti Van Melle India Private Limited or of its affiliates/ subsidiaries/ advertising agencies are not Eligible Persons;
Applicable Packs
Alpenliebe Gold® Re. 1 Mono (Caramel & Cream Strawberry Flavours), Alpenliebe Creamfills Re. 1 Mono (Butter toffee, Lacto flavor, Coffee Toffee), Alpenliebe Stick Pack Rs. 9 pack (Caramel & Cream Strawberry FLavours), are the ‘Promotion Products’ if they are .
Each 4-digit alphanumeric code printed on the wrapper of a Promotion Product is a ‘Participation Code’; however, Promotion Products without a Participation Code printed on the wrapper may also be available in the market during the Contest Period;
How To Participate?
To participate in the Scheme,
** An Eligible Person must send an SMS on 87224 87224 from a sim-card issued by a telecommunications network in India, excluding Tamil Nadu circle; and
** The Organizer must receive the SMS before or during the Contest Period; and The SMS must contain only a valid Participation Code.
Prizes
Assured reward:
All Participants will get an assured reward in the form of a link to a game called Alpenliebe Game. Each Participant will receive this reward by SMS on the number from which s/he participated. To play this game, the Participant must have a web browser installed on his/her phone. There are no prizes for achieving scores on this game.
Grouping of Entries:
6 Amazon Pay Gift Vouchers/Cards (referred to as ‘Vouchers’ or ‘Cards’), each worth Rs.1000/-, and one Firefox Fusion 24’ Bicycle OR Firefox Thermo 24’ (whichever is available in stock) will be awarded against entries chosen from among those received from Participants in each hour of Contest Time, subject to the ‘Exclusion’ explained in clause 4(v) below.
There are no prizes for entries received outside the Contest Time, or after the Contest Period.
Special Lucky Draw:
Those Eligible Persons from whom valid participation codes are received by SMS on 8722487224 before the Contest Period commences will be considered for prizes separately, in a lucky draw.
10 such persons will win a Firefox Fusion 24’ Bicycle OR Firefox Thermo 24’, whichever is available in stock; and 100 such persons will win Vouchers/Cards worth ?1000/- (Rupees One Thousand each).
The results of this Special Lucky Draw shall be announced on 1st March 2019. All other stipulations in these Terms and Conditions that are not excluded by implication shall apply.
Winners Selection
Winning entries for Firefox Bicycles will be picked at random, and winning entries for Vouchers/Cards will be picked on random time-seed basis.

Contacting Winners
In the case of winners of Vouchers/Cards, the Organizer shall intimate the selection of each winning entry by SMS to the mobile number from which that winning entry was received. The Organizer shall endeavor to send each SMS within 2 business days of selection of the winning entry.
In the case of winners of Firefox Bicycles, Eligible Persons who come forward to claim a prize in the manner explained in clause vii. shall be considered by the Promoter and Organizer to be the Winners, regardless of whether they actually participated, and regardless of whose sim card the winning entries were sent from.
Prize Distribution
** Once the Winners’ documents have been verified, the prizes will be distributed to them in the following manner, as applicable:
** If the prize is an Voucher/Coupon, then the voucher code will be sent to the mobile number from which the winning entry was received, within 7 business days;
** If the prize is a Firefox Fusion 24’ Bicycle or a Firefox Thermo 24’ Bicycle, then it will be dispatched to the winner within 45 business days.
