Jalsha Jackpot will be hosted by Star India Private Limited for the purpose of promotion and viewer engagement of its channel ‘ Star Jalsha’.

Star India shall announce the Contest via promos on the Channel and other channels of Star India, Newspaper ads, Radio, Outdoor and digital platforms of the Channel (Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) or through any other medium of exploitation which shall be at the sole discretion of Star India.
Eligibility
The Participant(s) interested in participating in the Contest must be above the age of 18 (eighteen) years and a resident of India only. The Participant(s) should not have been previously convicted of any criminal offense or must not be a party to an arrangement or a contract that prevents them from participating in the Contest.
Contest Period
The Contest shall commence from September 21, 2020 at 04:30 PM Indian Standard Time (“IST”) and shall conclude on October 18, 2020 at 11:59 PM IST (“Contest Period”) on the Channel.
How To Enter?
** The Contest shall comprise of 4 (four) different multi choice questions, based on each Jalsha Program telecasted on the Channel on a daily basis for all 28 (twenty eight) consecutive days between 04:30 PM, IST to 07:00 PM IST of the Contest Period (“ Daily Question”).
** The total number of Daily Questions triggered during the Contest Period shall not exceed 112 (one hundred and twelve) multi choice questions. It is clarified that the Daily Questions will be refreshed on a daily basis by Star India.
** It is further clarified that the Contest shall be triggered only during the telecast of the Jalsha Programs between 04:30 PM, IST to 07:00 PM IST timeslot during the Contest Period and no other timeslots.
** It is clarified that each Daily Question(s) of the Contest triggered during the Contest Period shall be strictly based on the contents of each corresponding Jalsha Programs being telecast on the Channel on during the Daily Contest Period .
** For the purposes of this Terms and Conditions, the Daily Questions shall be displayed on the Channel during the telecast of the Jalsha Programs on a Plate or Aston of 10- 15 seconds along with the mechanism for every Participant to participate in the Contest.
** The lines will remain open on a daily basis during Contest Period from 04:30 PM, IST to 11.59 PM IST during the Contest Period (“Daily Contest Period”).
To participate in the Contest and to be eligible for the Prize (as defined below), the interested Participant(s) shall be required to correctly answer any of the 4 (four) Daily Questions during the Daily Contest Period, by making a missed call to the unique mobile numbers shown against the correct answer option to the Daily Questions.
Prizes
For the entire contest Period the total number of
** Daily Winners shall not exceed a total number of 112 (one hundred and twelve) and;
** Weekly/ Mega Winners shall not exceed a total number of 4 (four).
** Each of the Daily Winners for Daily Question # 1 (asked during the telecast of the Program ‘SuperStar Parivaar’ during the time band 04:30 PM to 05:30 PM during the Daily Contest Period) shall be entitled to a Washing Machine worth, not exceeding Rs. 13,000/-.
** Similarly, each of the Daily Winners for Daly Question # 2 (asked during the telecast of the Program ‘Ekhane Akash Neel’ in the time slot 05:30 PM to 06:00 PM during the Daily Contest Period) shall be entitled to a Refrigerator, worth not exceeding Rs.10,000/-.
** Also, for Daily Question Nos. 3 & 4 (asked during the telecast of the Programs ‘Prothoma Kadombini’ during the time slot 06:00 PM to 06:30 PM and ‘Titli’ in the time slot 06:30 PM to 07:00 PM, respectively during the Daily Contest Period) shall be entitled for a Television (worth not more than Rs.9,800/-) and a smart phone (worth not more than Rs.9,500/-), respectively; hereinafter collectively referred to as (“Prize”) and;
** Each of the Weekly / Mega Winners shall be entitled to a two wheeler (Scooty) (Value of each such two-wheeler not exceeding INR 50,000/-) hereinafter collectively referred to as (“Mega Prize”)
** Jackpot Prize Winner shall be entitled to gratification in the form of 1(one) four-wheeler (Car, worth Rs. 4,15,000/- approximately) from STAR India (“Jackpot Prize”). The Jackpot Prize Winner shall be declared on the Channel at Star India’s discretion.
