Eligibility

Eligibility criteria for Participants
(a) Participants who are between 18 (eighteen ) completed years and 80(Eighty )years i.e. 18 (Eighteen) years or above and 80 (Eighty)years or below as on November 1, 2020.
(b) Participants who are Indian citizens and resident of India, as per applicable laws;

Digital Audition(s) Period

“Digital Audition(s) Period” shall mean the period commencing from November 1, 2020 and continues till tentatively February 28, 2021 for different levels of auditions or such other date stipulated and/or updated by the Company.

How To Register?

(a) To register and to participate in the Digital Auditions, the Contestant(s) shall

Apply Online : suvarna.startv.com

i. have to login to the Website / Platform at her sole discretion to register for the participation in the Auditions by submitting / furnishing her valid Indian Mobile Number.

ii. Upon entering into the Website, a registration form shall be displayed in the Website and the same is required to be filled by the Participant(s) who shall fill in all the relevant and necessary details as stated and enumerated therein The Participant(s) shall submit the following personal details of the Participant including but not limited to Name, Age, Address, phone number, alternate mobile/phone no, Occupation, and/or any other information/documentation as sought by the Company, at its discretion during the Audition Period.

Video Upload Functionality

i. Once the Participant shares the Personal Information required, he/she shall record one (1) video of the Participant(s) in Kannada language which features the following

(1) a self introduction / background about herself and /her family
2. Showcase or speak about the special skills and talent she has
3. Small introduction abouther family members and finally

4. to mention the reason why she wants to participate in the Program such video shall have a minimum duration of 60 seconds and maximum duration of 5 minutes in .mov or .mp4 format and shall not exceed the size of 64 mb.

ii. the Participant shall upload the Video(s) on the Website / Platform by following the instructions and as per the terms specified on such Platform and after that they have to accept the Terms and Conditions and then click on “Submit” button. Once the Video is uploaded on the Platform successfully a message “Thank you” is displayed on the screen of the Platform

iii. If at any point of time the Company finds that the mobile number shared by the Participant(s) and /or any Personal Information and/ is found to be false and /or unauthenticated and /or fabricated, then Company and/or Production House shall have the right to forthwith disqualify such Participant from further participation and her Entry shall immediately be considered to be null and void.

iv. For the purposes of this Audition, by uploading and /or submitting her Video on the Platform, the Participant agrees and undertakes that they are unconditionally bound by the Terms and Conditions.

Selection & Shortlisting Process

Level 1

i. Subject to the Participant(s) having made a valid Entry, all the Video(s) fulfilling the criteria set out herein shall be viewed and evaluated by the Production House and/or the Company.

The decision of the Company with regard to the composition of the Panel shall be final and binding on the Participant(s)

ii. The Participant(s) shall be evaluated and shortlisted by the Panel on the overall basis of Backstory, Talkative ,looks ,attitude, talent or any such other criteria determined by the Company/Production House at its sole discretion.

iii. All Participant(s) selected and shortlisted for Level 2 shall be intimated about the selection via telephone to the contact number that has been provided by the Participant at the time of registration.

Level 2

i. Participant(s) shortlisted at Level 1 shall be required to participate and perform in Level 2 Auditions, on specific dates and time and via such platform/media in the mode and manner as decided by the Company and communicated to the Participants

ii. Such Contestant(s) shall be interviewed by the Panel one on one basis and asked to showcase their talent in various fields in which she is successful viz, singing, dancing, mimicry etc, (“Act”) and be further interviewed by the Production House, Company.

The Participant has to answer the questions correctly and if the answers are found to be incorrect, Company has every right to disqualify her from participating in the Program

The Participants selected and shortlisted for Level 3 shall be intimated about their selection via telephone that has been provided by the at the time of registration or any other mode of communication, as the Company and/or Production House

Level 3

On Ground Auditions :
A. in the event that the Company and/or Production House decides not to go ahead and conduct the On ground Auditions and /or Level 3 of the Auditions, then the Contestants shortlisted /selected at Level 2 shall be entitled to participate in the Program

These shortlisted/selected Participant(s) shall be qualified for performing in the Program as Show Players.

Or

B. If the Company decides to go ahead and organise and hold On Ground Auditions for Level 3 of the Auditions , then

i. Participant(s) shortlisted at Level 2 shall be required to participate and qualify in further levels of ground auditions to be held tentatively at Audition Centre as decided by the Company

Procedure For On Ground Auditions

To register and to participate in the On-Ground Auditions( if any), the interested Contestant(s) shall:

a. fill and execute a registration form or any other document(s) at the Audition Centre and duly submit all personal information including but not limited to documentation as required by the Company and/or Production House as may be required to be submitted by them on the registration form in a manner and form, as requested and /or prescribed therein;

b. note down the unique registration code assigned to him/her at the Audition Centre (“Registration Number”) for any references;

c. If selected for Level 3 of the Auditions, the Contestant shall be required to fill and execute the declaration cum indemnity and/or any other document at the Audition Centre(s) as may be required to be submitted by them on the registration form in a manner and form, as requested and /or prescribed therein;

g. In case the Contestant is unable to furnish the original document(s) to verify the eligibility details or submit self-affirmed photocopy of the same the said Contestant(s) shall be disqualified by the Company.

h. Contestant undertake that all Personal Information, documentation, contents of the Registration Form provided by her at the time of registration at the Audition Centre are true, correct, accurate and original.

i. All entries at the respective Audition Centre(s) shall be on first come first serve basis between 8.00 am to 3.30 pm and/or any other time as decided and communicated by the Company.

j. Participant(s) shortlisted at Level 2 shall be required to be present in the Audition Centre or any other location /city as deemed fit by the Company at its sole discretion to participate and perform in Level 3 of Auditions on specific dates and time as decided and communicated by the Company.

k. These auditions will be conducted during the Audition Period. The timings for registration of Participant(s) will be intimated by telephone.
l. The doors to the Audition Centers will shut at 9.00 AM or at such time as the Company may decide in its sole discretion
