Contest Period

The contest is valid only in India from 07/02/2021 to 14/04/2021. The period from 09:00 a.m. on 12th January 2021 to 09:00 p.m. on 6th February 2021 is the ‘Pre-Contest Period’

For Tamil Nadu Region :
(i) Contest is valid from 14/02/2021 to 14/04/2021. The period from 09:00 a.m. on 12th January 2021 to 09:00 p.m. on 13th February 2021 is the ‘Pre-Contest.

(ii) The Participants can make an entry any time but only entries made between 9AM to 9:00PM during the Contest Period will be eligible to win the Mobile Recharge Vouchers or Smartphone.

The participants can make an entry any time during the Pre-Contest Period.

Eligibility

(i) This Contest will be open to all the residents of India with the exception of employees, their immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partner of PVMI and the agency.

(ii) People below 18 years shall be allowed to participate with their parents or guardians providing the necessary documentation on behalf of the minor.

How to Participate?

Any participant can enter the contest any number of times a day only from a mobile number through SMS during the contest period. However, a participant can win a maximum of 1 Mobile Recharge/Cashback prize and 1 Smartphone prize during the promotion period.

To participate in the Contest, customers have to send an SMS:
(i) As a first step, Participants are required to send an SMS with a valid Batch Code printed on the Center Fresh pack to the long code from any GSM or CDMA mobile phone.

e.g. SMS Batch Code to 7090670906

(ii) For Rest of India :
After sending the SMS, Participant will get participation confirmatory SMS wrt to the contest.

(iii) For Tamil Nadu :
After sending the SMS, participant will get SMS with a skill-based question. The participant will have to send their answer by sending SMS in the below format to 7090670906.

After sending the Answer SMS, Participant will get participation confirmatory SMS wrt to the contest.

Note :
The contest will run on limited stocks of Center Fresh Rs 1 packs, Center Fresh 3 layer mint and Center Fresh 3 layer gum packs. Stock without offer would also be available in market.

For Rest of India

For Pre-Contest Period :
** 936 Participants will be chosen during the Pre-Contest Period and they will be eligible for a Mobile Recharge/Cashback Vouchers. Winning Entries from amongst Participants who participated during the Pre-Contest Period shall be determined by Computerized Random Time Software.

** The winner of the Mobile Recharge will also have an option to choose an alternate reward of Rs 100 Cashback (in lieu of Rs. 100 Mobile Recharge) on www.centerfreshoffer.bigcityexperience.com

For Contest Period :
** 1 Participant will be chosen every Minute during the Contest Period and they will be eligible for a Mobile Recharge/Cashback.

** The winner of the Mobile Recharge prize will also have an option to choose an alternate reward of Rs 100 Cashback Prize (in lieu of Rs. 100 Mobile Recharge Prize) on www.centerfreshoffer.bigcityexperience.com.

** Similarly, 1 Participant will be chosen every Hour during the Contest Period and they will be eligible for a Smartphone.

For Tamil Nadu

For Pre-Contest Period :
** From Valid Entries Received, 64 Participants will be chosen during the Pre-Contest Period and they will be eligible for a Mobile Recharge Vouchers. The Participant will also be asked by the Organizer to describe their love for Center Fresh.

** The winner of the Mobile Recharge prize will also have an option to choose an alternate reward of Rs 100 Cashback Prize (in lieu of Rs. 100 Mobile Recharge Prize) on www.centerfreshoffer.bigcityexperience.com.

For Contest Period :
** From the Valid Entries received, the Organizer will select 50 winners daily (3000 in the entire promotion) who will win Mobile Recharge Vouchers throughout the Contest Period. The Participant will also be asked by the Organizer to describe their love for Center Fresh.

** The winner of the Mobile Recharge prize will also have an option to choose an alternate reward of Rs 100 Cashback Prize (in lieu of Rs. 100 Mobile Recharge Prize) on www.centerfreshoffer.bigcityexperience.com.

Contacting Winners

(i) For Mobile Recharge Winners :
** Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency appointed by PVMI shall contact the winner on their registered mobile number within 24 business hours.

** The winner will receive their Mobile Recharge voucher along with a weblink to redeem the offer. Business Hours are from Monday to Friday, between 10:30 AM to 5:30 PM, except public holidays

(ii) For Smartphone Winner :
Step 1 : Once the Winners are selected, the Partner Agency (Bigcity Promotions) appointed by Perfetti Van Melle India Pvt Ltd. shall process the gift for the winner.

Step 2 : In the event the shortlisted winner’s number is busy, unreachable, or he/she does not attend the call, two (2) more attempts will be made to reach the Participant on that day and/or the next business day.

Step 3 : If even on the third attempt, the Participant does not attend the call, or is unreachable, the Participant’s participation in the contest comes to an end and the Participant’s entry stands cancelled and Participant becomes ineligible to receive the prize.

Step 4 : If any shortlisted winner remains unreachable on the third attempt or is not interested in continuing in the Contest or is otherwise ineligible to participate, the Agency shall conduct up to two (2) more random selections to shortlist a Participant.

If even after a third random selection, no winner is selected, no prize shall be declared in respect of the contest.
