Eligibility
You need to fulfil the following eligibility criteria to participate in the Campaign
(i) You need to be a natural person acting for purpose outside Your business or profession;
(ii) You should be an individual legal resident of the Republic of India;
(iii) You should be of an age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Campaign;
(iv) You shall be legally competent to enter into binding contract under the applicable laws of India.
How To Enter in the Perk Outer Trade Campaign?
In order to be eligible for the Perk Outer Trade Campaign, during the Campaign Period, you must purchase Perk Rs. 5 and Rs. 10 outer.
Participation in the Campaign is subject to availability of the product in the market during the Campaign Period. We or Campaign Organizer shall not be held responsible for any circumstance leading to non-availability of the product in the market.
To participate in the contest the retailer has to go through the below steps

Step 1 : The Retailer has to purchase the Perk Rs.5 or Rs.10 Wish pack outer to participate in the contest.
Step 2 : The Retailer has to identify the unique code printed inside the Wholesale Packages (Outer) in the format mentioned below to

Step 3 : Retailer needs to enter the Unique alpha numeric code printed inside the outer. The unique code is valid only for one time entry to participate in the contest. For Example: SMS PERK A7D8RJ45 to 9902391200

** There are total of up to 12302 Prizes that will be funded by Mondelez under this Perk Outer Trade Retailer Promo, a maximum of one Prize for each participant

Prize Drawing/Winner Selection
(1) The Winners for the Campaign will be selected in the following
a) All Prizes(cashback) will be selected from the random draw of lots; the winners can be from any state except TN.
(2) Selected Participants who have won shall be contacted by the Campaign Organisers through SMS / Call as the case may be.
(3) Selected Participants (for Cashback Prize of Rs. 20000) will be required to respond to confirm eligibility, acceptance of the Prize and to provide verification documents within 2 days of initial contact.
In the event that the selected Participant does not respond to communications within 2 days of initial contact, the Organizer reserves the right to disqualify that winner and to re-allocate that Prize.
Selected Participants will be required to share the verification documents as provided below-
** Copy of Valid Driving License or AADHAR or PASSPORT or Voter ID Card or PAN Card as proof for identification and verification purpose only. A PAN card copy is mandatory for prizes worth INR 10,000 or more.
** Identity Proof (Passport Copy, Aadhar Card Copy etc.)
** Address Proof (Passport Copy, Aadhar Copy, Pan Copy, Voters ID copy, Driving License copy)
(4) Selected Participants will be confirmed as winners subject to him/her satisfying the verification process and upon submission of all relevant documents to Campaign Organiser.
Verification Documents shall be submitted by the selected Participants by email at win1 [AT] bigcity.in. The cost and expenses of postage of all the verification documents shall be borne by the Participant only.
