What is ZEE Healthy Aahaar Holi Uphaar Contest?

The “Healthy Aahaar Holi Uphaar’’ Contest 2024 is conducted by Zee Entertainment Enterprises Limited “ZEEL” as a promotional activity for its channel “Zee Biskope”. The Contest is open for Participant(s) who are residing in India. There will be total 20 Daily Winners, i.e. five Daily Winners for each of the four days. The Mega Winner will receive an Amazon voucher for an Apple iPhone from ZEE Biskope, which, has to be purchased online by the Mega Winner. The Contest shall start from 21ST March, 2024 and end to 24TH March, 2024.

Eligibility of Healthy Aahaar Holi Uphaar Contest

Eligibility for participation in the Contest:
** The Contest is open for Participant(s) who are residing in India.
** Participation in this Contest is restricted to resident(s) who are residing in India and who are 12 years of age and above (“Participant(s)”).
** The Contest shall start from 06:00 P.M. IST on 21ST March, 2024 and end at 11:59 PM IST on 24TH March, 2024 (“Contest Period”).

How to Participate in the Healthy Aahaar Holi Uphaar Contest?

** During the Daily Contest Period, the Participants need to watch ZEE Biskope during Prime Time i.e. from 06:00 PM to 06:30 PM between 21st March, 2024 and 23rd March, 2024 and from 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM on 24th March, 2024 and answer a question on healthy Holi pakwaan displayed on ZEE Biskope channel through Missed Call on 8291829135.

** Post giving a missed call by the Participant, he/she will receive an OBD call or a simple call back with four specific options and thereafter the Participant has to choose or select the correct answer from those 4 options within 06.00 PM to 11:59 PM each day during such contest period.

Prizes & Winners Selection of Healthy Aahaar Holi Uphaar Contest

** Five participants from those who answered it correctly will be selected for the gratification every day (Daily Winners).
** There will be total 20 Daily Winners, i.e. five Daily Winners for each of the four days.
** This contest is applicable for the Participants who are 12 years of age or above. Hence winner(s) will be selected randomly from those Participants giving correct answer.
** As a gratification, each Daily Winner shall receive an Amazon E-voucher worth INR 4,000/- (Indian Rupees Four Thousand only).
** The Daily Winners can be declared as winner only once in the category and is not eligible for the Mega Winner category, i.e. there will be 21 unique winners for the Contest (20 Daily Winners and 1 Mega Winner).
** One Mega winner will be selected randomly from those who answer correctly on 24th March, 2024 i.e. during the one hour special episode from 06:00 PM to 07:00 PM. Such Mega Winner will be selected over and above the 20 Daily Winners.
** The Mega Winner will receive an Amazon voucher for an Apple iPhone from ZEE Biskope, which, has to be purchased online by the Mega Winner.

Terms & Conditions of Healthy Aahaar Holi Uphaar Contest

** ZEEL may promote this Contest through the medium of the Channel, Website, print media, television, on ground promotions, push SMS, radio, digital media/online and any other manner as shall be deemed fit by ZEEL, at its sole discretion, stating the mechanism in which the Participant(s) can participate in the Daily Contest.

** For sake of clarity, it is stated that all Entry(ies) should be sent from the personal/ self-owned registered mobile number of the Participant and any Entry(ies) sent from any public or unidentified mobile number shall be considered invalid by ZEEL and the same shall be disqualified.

** A valid entry for the purpose of this Contest is where the Participant has submitted the correct option strictly in the manner provided hereinabove. (“Entry”).

** The Intimation Call shall have instructions on the process required to be adhered by the Winner(s) which inter alia shall include the personal information (“PI”) of the Winner(s) such as name, contact number, email address, age, gender, name of parents, residential address etc.

a) The winners who are 18 years and above have to submit: self-attested government ids like Adhar /Permanent Driving License/Voter Card/Passport, which will be mandatorily required. If one is a Mega Winner, PAN will be required to be furnished.

b) The Winners, who are between the age group of 12 (Twelve) years to 18 (Eighteen) years (herein referred as “minor”) with the prior permission from their guardian/legal guardian may participate in this contest and shall have to furnish the below-mentioned documents in a particular way as desired by ZEEL:
a. duly Self-attested Aadhar/Birth certificate of minor;

b. duly self-attested Aadhar/Voter Card/Passport/Permanent Driver’s License of parents/legal guardian of the minor to establish the relationship between the Minor and the legal parents/guardians for the processing the Prize. If a Minor is a Mega winner, PAN of parents/legal guardian of the Minor will be required to be furnished.

** The Winner(s) shall furnish all requisite PI and Documents in a form and manner desired by ZEEL over Intimation Call. Post receiving the PI and Documents of the Winner(s), ZEEL shall verify the necessary PI and Documents at its end.

** Once the PI and/or the Documents have been verified by ZEEL, ZEEL and /or any other agency on behalf of ZEEL shall inform each Winner about the selection as one of the Winner(s) of the Contest and that he/she shall be entitled to the gratification as mentioned hereinabove. The gratification may be modified/changed/revised at the sole discretion of ZEEL and Participant shall not have any claims or raise any concerns regarding the same.

** The gratification given to the Winner by ZEEL is non-transferrable and non-exchangeable. Since the gratification is an E-voucher, it has to be utilized within the specific validity date and no request for extension shall be entertained.

** The Winners shall not in any circumstances make any claims against ZEEL entities arising out of or relating to any and all costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, death and bodily injury, due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly or any related activity, to the extent permitted under law.

** Family members and relatives of the employees of ZEEL and their group companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, holding companies are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** No dispute shall be entertained with regards to the selection criteria. Decisions of ZEEL shall be final and binding on the Participant(s).
** Each Winner may have to sign any release form or other relevant document as required by ZEEL in order to receive gratification from ZEEL.
** The Winner(s) hereby agrees to release and discharge ZEEL from gratification and Contest related obligation on ZEEL.

** All PI and Documents requested by and supplied to ZEEL by each Participant/Winner must be truthful, accurate and in no way misleading, failing which ZEEL reserves at its sole discretion the right to disqualify any Participant/Winner from availing the opportunity to participate in the Contest.
