What is Sony PIX PREMIERE LEAGUE Contest?

“PIX PREMIERE LEAGUE 2024” PPL Contest being conducted by Culver Max Entertainment Private Limited operated television channel “Sony PIX”. The Contest is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. During the movie we shall run an aston, the participants may either Scan a QR code or login to the Microsite to play the word search game. The participants shall answer all the 6 questions by finding hidden words in the grid. The hints to find the words will be in the form of word length, besides the question. The Contest will be conducted for a period of 45 days on the Microsite from 15th April 2024 to 30th May 2024.

Eligibility of PIX PREMIERE LEAGUE Contest

** The Contest is open only to Indian citizens, residing in India. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate.
** The participants must be adults having attained the age of eighteen (18) years to participate in the Contest as on the date of the Contest.
** Contest shall be open for participation as per the timelines specified in the T&Cs for Contest.
** Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of CME and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the Contest in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** The Contest will be conducted for a period of 45 (forty-five) days on the Microsite from 15th April 2024 – 30th May 2024.

Prize of PIX PREMIERE LEAGUE Contest

Side bags (pouch) / Sippers / Travel Pouches (at CME’s discretion) worth Rs 1000/- (Indian Rupees One Thousand only).

Announcement of the Winner :
Winners will be announced daily during the Contest Period through randomizer. The decision of CME in the selection of the Winners shall be final.

How to Enter in the PIX PREMIERE LEAGUE?

Entries :
** Contest will be conducted on the Microsite.
** The Participants shall log on to the Microsite using the same URL during the game days of the Contest Period (“Game Day”).
** Entries submitted on any other platform outside the Microsite shall be deemed invalid.

Process of Participation :
** The Contest shall be available during the Contest Period only for a duration of 3 (three) hours each day i.e., from 11:00 PM IST to 2:00 AM IST.
** To participate, the Participants may either scan a QR code or login to the Microsite to play a word search game with questions.
** The Participants shall answer the questions by finding hidden words in the grid. The system shall provide feedback on the performance of the Participant.
** The Participants can play multiple times during the aforesaid period. The Participants may even return later on the same Game Day. However, a Winner shall not be entitled to more than 2 rewards during the Contest Period.
** Daily Winners selected at random will receive the Prizes.

General Terms of PIX PREMIERE LEAGUE Contest

Participants at all times shall ensure that the entries:
i. comply with the timelines of the Contest;
ii. is not abusive, harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, libellous, invasive of another’s privacy, hateful, or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatever;
iii. does not violate any law for the time being in force;
iv. does not deceive or mislead about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
v. does not contain software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; and
vi. shall not create any liability for CME or any of its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, assigns, employees, agents, directors, officers and shareholders.

** Participants always shall ensure that they have obtained authorization for the inclusion of any third-party materials that are included within Participants Entry.
** Any and all taxes and/or levies applicable under the laws of India shall be borne by the Winner in relation to the Prize.
** Participants while participating into this Contest agrees to accept CME’s decision as final without any further claim in this regard.
** CME reserves the right to withdraw or discontinue and/or terminate the Contest at any stage without prior notice and without any liability whatsoever to the Participants.
** CME reserves the right to disqualify any user from participating in the Contest without assigning any reason. The decision of CME in this regard shall be final and binding upon the Participants.
** CME shall not be responsible for any technical disruption and/or failure/ server problems and/ or any other difficulties of such nature, due to which the Participant is unable to submit the Entry on the Microsite and/or participate in the Contest.
** CME shall have the final decision in resolving such discrepancy.
** CME assumes no responsibility for errors, timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
** CME reserves its right to select and declare or not to declare the Winners if no Participant has submitted entries up to the satisfaction of CME. Decision of CME in this regard is final and no correspondence in this regard will be entertained.
** The Winners shall be declared on the same day of the Contest through email/direct message.
** The Winners shall be declared as per the terms of the Basic T&Cs.

** The Winners needs to revert with the required details and formalities within twenty-four (24) hours after contacting them. Any responses received after this deadline shall be considered void / Winner shall stand disqualified and CME shall not be liable in any manner way or form.

** In event the Participant is not able to utilize the Prize or is unable / refuses to accept the same, the Prize will be revoked by CME.
