What is CEAT Timeout Challenge Contest?

#CEATTimeoutChallenge CEAT Timeout Challenge Contest 2024 is organized by CEAT Limited. Entry into the Contest is available to any participants who is an individual legal resident of the Republic of India and at least of 18 (eighteen) years of age. During the Term, 10 winners will be selected on weekly basis and the winners will be announced via feed posts on the CEAT’s social media handles – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. Contest will start on 26th April and run until 23rd May 11:59 pm.

Eligibility of CEAT Timeout Challenge Contest

A. Entry into the Contest is available to any participants who
i. Is at least of 18 (eighteen) years of age.
ii. Is an individual legal resident of the Republic of India and reside in a jurisdiction which legally permits participation in the Contest.
iii. Possesses the legal authority and capacity to agree to Term of Use of the platform, Privacy Policy and these Terms and Conditions.
iv. Each individual may enter into this Contest through the use of a single user account only. Any individual found to have entered or attempted to enter into the Contest through the use of multiple user accounts shall be disqualified and ineligible to receive the Prize.

How to Participate in the CEAT Timeout Challenge?

Instructions to play the game:
A. The Participants shall follow the below step to participate in the Contest.
i. Set the display mode of your mobile phone to “Landscape”.
ii. Browse the platform by clicking on the link https://ceat.gogames.run/login as mentioned on CEAT social handles i.e. Facebook, Instagram and Twitter or scan the QR Code available at various CEAT shoppe.
iii. One time registration is required for participation in the Contest.

iv. For registration, the participants are required to enter their mobile number on the platform. After entering the mobile number, the participants will receive one time password (“OTP”) on their mobile number. Upon receiving the OTP, the participants are required to submit the OTP. After submitting the OTP, the participants are required to enter their name and the game will start.

v. For IOS users, ensure that all Safari browsers are closed before starting the game / Or play in Google chrome.
vi. Please note: This game is exclusively for mobile devices and cannot be played on desktops. On mobile as well – we suggest Android for best experience.

Prize of CEAT Timeout Challenge Contest

a. Participants must score the maximum run to win the Prizes (defined herein).
b. Weekly real-time leaderboard will be displayed with the participant’s score on the top along with the score of the top 10 participants based on their scores.
c. During the Term, 10 winners will be selected on weekly basis and out of 10 winners, winners shall be entitled for the Prizes as mentioned herein.

d. In case of a tie between 2 (two) or more people scoring the same runs, the winner will be decided basis the following additional parameters;
** Lesser number of attempts within the timeline
** Strike Rate (number of balls to reach the score)
** Number of 6s hit
** Number of 4s hit

A. The prizes are divided into the 3 categories.
(i) 1st Position- Winner will be eligible for one number of CEAT cricket KIT with autographed BAT
(ii) 2nd Position & 3rd Position- Each winner will be eligible for one number of CEAT cricket KIT (all non-autographed).
(iii) 4th to 10th Position- Each winner shall be eligible for one number CEAT cricket BAT (non-autographed).

Terms & Conditions of CEAT Timeout Challenge Contest

a. During the Term, 10 winners will be selected on weekly basis and the winners will be announced via feed posts on the CEAT’s social media handles – Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. b. After the weekly winners are displayed on the game link, we will commence contacting them using the mobile numbers provided during registration. Our team will request the winners’ social media handles to announce their victory on CEAT’s social media platforms through a feed post. All winners will be tagged accordingly.

** Upon tagging, winners must forward their social media handle ID, name, mobile number, and home address to ceat.accelerate[AT]ceat.com. We will make up to 5 attempts to connect with each winner. If we do not receive a response within 3 days or after 5 attempts, we will select the next person in line as the winner.

c. There are no restrictions on the number of attempts made from a single device or same IP address during the course of the Contest. However, winners shall be entitled for the prizes once during the Contest Term.
d. Any operating and ancillary costs associated with the Prizes is the sole responsibility of the Winners.
e. CEAT does not collect any participation fees for the Contest. The participation is the Contest is entirely voluntary and participation will be construed as an acceptance of these T&Cs.
f. Prizes are non-transferrable, non-exchangeable or non-redeemable on any other merchandise.
g. Any malpractice like cheat codes or any illegal actions will lead to disqualification of the participants.

h. CEAT makes no representations and disclaims all express, implied, and statutory warranties of any kind to the winners and/or any third party including, without limitation, warranties as to merchantability or fitness for any particular purpose in respect of the prizes.

i. The Company will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, direct, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits) expense or damage which is suffered or sustained in connection with this Contest including any loss incurred as a result of any delay and/or failure to perform any obligation to the Winners that is caused by:
** Technical problems of any kind which may limit or prevent any person’s participation in this Contest.
** Any other events beyond CEAT’s control that may cause the Contest to be disrupted or corrupted or may lead to the loss of, or damage to, the winners.

j. The winners shall indemnify and keep CEAT indemnified against any losses, claims, expenses, costs and actions initiated against CEAT due to any non-compliance by the winners.

k. The winners hereby agree to indemnify and keep Company harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits and proceedings that may be suffered by CEAT as a consequence of
(i) violation of the T&C by the winners;
(ii) violation of applicable laws;
(iii) any action or inaction resulting in willful misconduct or negligence on the winner’s part.

l. The winners may provide his/her name, mobile number, address other contact details (if applicable), email address, valid identity proof and any other information including photographs (if so requested) that may be required by CEAT (collectively “Personal Information”) in order to participate in the said Contest and shall be bound by the “Privacy Policy” available on the platform.

m. By participating in the Contest, the participants/winners hereby expressly:
** confirms that the information shared by the participants/winners is complete, correct, and accurate; and

** confirms that she/he is authorized to disclose such Personal Information and that such disclosure complies with the privacy legislation within the geographical scope of this Contest, and the use of such Personal Information by CEAT as contemplated herein (including, without limitation, the disclosure of such Personal Information to external agencies or third parties) is permitted; and

** consents / permits CEAT to use and share (including third parties) the Personal Information for all purposes connected to the said Contest and as per applicable laws. In view of such consent, the participants/winners shall not be entitled to file any claims against CEAT for using or sharing the said Personal Information for purposes connected to the Contest; and

** agrees to waive the ‘Do not Disturb’ subscribed by them and confirms that the Company or their representatives shall be entitled to contact the Winner for any particulars pertaining to the said Contest and related activities.

n. By participating in this Contest, the participant(s)/winner(s) agree and undertake to be unconditionally bound by the terms and conditions, terms of use, privacy policy and such other policies of Instagram, Facebook and Twitter.

o. Participants shall not post any profanity, obscene, provocative, copyrighted, questionable or abusive comments or pictures on the social media platforms. In case of any non-compliance to this obligation by the participants, the participants shall be disqualified from participating in the said Contest and CEAT reserves the rights, in addition to removing such post, and/or to take a legal action against such participants.
