In order to participate in the Contest, a participant should:
a. be a resident of India.
b. be 18 years of age.
c. be of sound mind.

Terms & Condition of Bajaj Air Coolers x Chef Kunal Kapur Social Media Contest

** The Company shall at its sole discretion choose 5 (Five) winners from the Participants. The Participants will be judged basis the below mentioned criteria by the Company:
i. The caption that best suits the requirement of an instance where the tagged companion has helped the participant push their boundaries/overcome a challenge.
ii. All the steps of the Contest have been followed.

** All 5 winners will be gratified with the Company’s Appliance.
** Post announcing the 5 winners on Instagram and Facebook; they will be receiving the product within 45-60 working days.
** The Participants can’t apply to the Contest offline, it should be an online participation on specified social media applications i.e. Instagram.
** This Contest is valid PAN INDIA.
** Contest is non-transferable and is subject to availability of stocks.
