What is RR Spot Pink Win Royally Contest?
Rajasthan Royals Spot Pink Win Royally Contest 2024 is organized by Royal Multisport Private Limited “RMPL”. The fan is currently residing and participating within any state/union territory of India except the state of Tamil Nadu. This Contest will be conducted through RMPL’s official WhatsApp Account i.e +91 91529 74250. Last Date of Contest is 31st December 2024.
Eligibility of Spot Pink Win Royally Contest
The fans shall have the right to participate in the relevant fan engagement Contest in relation to the Rajasthan Royals team organized and conducted by Royal Multisport Private Limited (“RMPL”), subject to the fulfilment of all of the following conditions (“Participant”):
** The fan is a citizen and resident of India.
** The fan is currently residing and participating within any state/union territory of India except the state of Tamil Nadu; and
** The fan is 18 (eighteen) years of age and is of sound mind.
** Contest Start from May 3, 2024, to December 31, 2024.
How to Participate in the Spot Pink Win Royally Contest?
** In order to participate in the Contest, the Participant(s) shall be required to send the keyword ‘PINK’ to RR’s WhatsApp account, in order to trigger a registration prompt, from 12:00 AM, May 3, 2024, to 11: 59 PM, May 18, 2024(“Submission Period”).
** RMPL reserves the sole discretion to amend the Submission Period d. The Participant will submit 1(one) photograph of any pink object (“Photo Entry”) in accordance with the instructions provided through the RR WhatsApp during the Submission Period.
** Pursuant to submitting Photo Entry, the Participant shall be required to submit their response to the question asked by RMPL, which shall be subject to RMPL’s sole discretion, in the manner required by RMPL, during the Submission Period.
** The Participant(s) will be required to submit their name, city, state, email and any other such information “Participant Information” which shall be required by RMPL in order to facilitate the Participant’s registration during the Submission Period.
** The Participant(s) shall be required to post their Photo Entry on their social media accounts i.e. Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, and must mention the hashtag ‘#PinkIsRoyal on the relevant post(s) during the Submission Period.
** The fan shall provide their acceptance to participate in the Contest as a Participant, by initiating their participation as specified in the aforementioned manner and completing all the steps mentioned above during the Submission Period.
** By submitting a Photo Entry, the Participant(s) represent and warrant that their Photo Entry does not infringe upon any third party’s intellectual property rights, violate any third party’s right of privacy or is obscene, vulgar, and against public decency and policy.
Prizes of Spot Pink Win Royally Contest
** RMPL shall, in its sole discretion, select 1(one) Participant as the Mega Prize (defined hereinafter) winner of the Contest.
** The Participant winning the Mega Prize shall receive an opportunity to attend the relevant IPL qualifier or eliminator match which the RR Team shall participate (“RR Match”), along with another person, as per the winner’s discretion(“Guest”), pursuant to verification of the winning Participant’s Photo entry and all information sought by RMPL.
** The Guest should fulfill the eligibility criteria of becoming a Participant.as mentioned in the General Terms and Conditions for the Contest. The winning Participant and Guest must be available to attend the match from May 20, 2024, to May 24, 2024 (“Event Dates”).
The following inclusions shall be included as a part of the mega prize (“Mega Prize”) provided by RMPL as per the following terms:
** RMPL shall book paid round trip economy flight tickets for the winning Participant and the Guest to and from the nearest airport to the residence of the winning Participant and Ahmedabad during the Event Dates. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the relevant airline and price of the relevant flight tickets for this trip.
** RMPL shall book and pay for one standard room for the winning Participant and Guest at a hotel of RMPL’s discretion for a two nights three day stay in Ahmedabad during the relevant Event Dates. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the room, category, inclusions, hotel and location of the relevant Hotel for the stay of the winning Participant and Guest during the Event Dates
** RMPL shall provide two match tickets for the relevant IPL qualifier or eliminator match which shall be conducted in Ahmedabad during the Event Dates to the winning Participant and the Guest. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the price and category of the tickets for the RR Match.
** RMPL shall facilitate a five-minute interaction of the winning Participant and Guest, with any three RR Team players before the relevant matchday of the RR Match during the Event Dates. RMPL reserves the sole discretion to determine the players, timing, and location of the player interaction; and
** Pursuant and subject to the launch of the relevant mobile handset in India by HMD Mobile India Private Limited, as a part of the Mega Prize, the winning Participant will be provided with 1(one) HMD handset unit pursuant to the successful verification of the information submitted by the winning Participant, as per RMPL’s discretion.
