What is Weikfield Doraemon Jelly Contest?
ʻWeikfield Jelly Hai, Doraemon World Jaane Ka Ticketʼ contest 2024 is organized by Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. The Contest will be open to all residents of India and the entries will only be accounted for individuals aged 5-12 years. The Winner will be eligible for only 1 Japan Doraemon World Package. Entries received outside the Contest Period will not be eligible for the Contest. Last Date of Contest is 30th September 2024.
Eligibility of Doraemon Jelly Contest
** The Contest will be valid from the 1st of March 2024 to the 30th of September 2024 (“Contest Period”). Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd reserves the right to cancel/amend/extend the Contest Period without giving any prior notice or intimation.
** Subject to other criteria and conditions stated in the terms of the Contest, the Contest will be open to all residents of India.
** The Contest is subject to all applicable central, state and local laws and regulations.
** This Contest will be open to every individual. However, the entries will only be accounted for individuals aged 5-12 years.
** Participant should not be facing any criminal/civil or any other legal proceedings which may prejudice the participation in the Contest in any way.
** Employees, directors, and/or officers (including immediate family members or members of the household) of Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd, its subsidiaries, business partners, affiliated companies, distributors, advertising, fulfilment and promotion agencies and all other companies or entities associated with the contests are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** Participant agrees to share their personal details name, address, email, contact details & phone number to Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd, as applicable (if not previously shared) for written/ verbal communications from Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd, as applicable with regard to the Contest. Participants who do not have a WhatsApp number will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.
** The Winner (along with their parents) needs to have a valid passport with validity until at least 1st March 2026, subject to applicable local laws.
** The participants, upon request from Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. will have to provide their PAN Card and Passport (collectively referred to as ʻID Proofʼ). The Winners will be announced post verification of the ID proof.
** Demanding ID Proof is a part of the evaluation process and it does not mean that the entry has been finalized or the participant has been selected or that the Prize is guaranteed.
** Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to exclude any person from participating or winning the Contest on grounds of misconduct, misrepresentation, coercion, fraud, deceit or for any other reasons, as it may deem fit and proper. No communication in this regard from the Participant or his representatives shall be entertained by Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd.
** It is advised and suggested that the Participants must ensure that they are in good health to take part in this Contest and enjoy the Prize offered if selected as a Winner.
How To Participate in the Doraemon Jelly Contest?
In order to participate in this Contest, Participants have to:
i. Buy a Product.
ii. Write Jelly adventure stories or draw a comic strip with Doraemon & Weikfield Jelly.
iii. Scan the QR code on the pack to land on the contest website page/form & fill in the details asked for.
Selection Of Winners for Doraemon Jelly Contest
a. One (1) lucky winner of the trip to Doraemon World in Japan will be drawn from all correctly submitted entries via a lucky draw.
b. If a participant has secured the prize but fails to produce a passport valid till 1st March 2026, they will be disqualified from the contest.
c. If a participant has secured the prize and also qualifies the eligibility criteria but does not wish to travel, will be disqualified from the contest and will not be eligible to participate again.
d. Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. will decide the number of reserve participants to be reached out in case of winner disqualification.
e. The decision of Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence or enquiries on the manner of the selection of the Winner.
f. Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd., at all times, has the right to exercise its discretion on the selection of the Winner, in order to ensure equity and fairness for all Participants, as per the Terms and Conditions.
Prize of Doraemon Jelly Contest
a. Select lucky participants shall get Doraemon goodies. (Weikfield Jelly Crystals packs)
b. The Participant who is selected as the Winner and who qualify the minimum requirement for the foreign trip shall be eligible to win:
i. Economy return tickets between Mumbai/Delhi and Japan for Three individuals (Winner + Parents).
ii. Hotel stay OR allowance (Trip duration: 4 nights and 5 days) for Three individuals.
c. The above may be subject to change at the sole discretion of Weikfield Foods Pvt Ltd in order to maintain equity and fairness of the Contest.
d. The Winner will be eligible for only 1 Japan Doraemon World Package (Air Ticket and accommodation) as mentioned above.
e. No Winner shall trade/sell/transfer or create a charge or lien on the ticket or seek a refund thereof. Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. shall not be held responsible for any such offence/violation.
f. The Prize will be provided on an “as-is-where-is basis” and without any express or implied warranty or guarantee concerning the quality, suitability or comfort. Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd., their associates, directors, officers, agents, and representatives shall not be responsible or liable for any deficiency or any other dispute in relation to and/or concerning the Prize. Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. will not entertain any claims whatsoever in this regard.
g. Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. are not responsible for any deficiency and/ or defect in, or relating to, any product/service and/or the Prizes or for any kind of consequential damages/ loss, bodily harm/ injury or death, in any manner whatsoever.
h. The image of the Prize depicted on the ads/posters/pack shots etc. are indicative only and the actual Prizes/ look of the Prize may vary from such pictures.
i. The Prize under this Contest is not transferable, canʼt be traded, exchanged, sold, replaced or adjusted with anything including other prizes/ gifts/ benefits in lieu thereof, if any or cash except at the sole discretion of Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd.
j. The Prizes under this Contest are free of cost and the Winners are not required to pay for the same or send any money or share any Bank or Card details with Weikfield Foods Pvt. Ltd. Weikfield Foods Pvt Ltd. shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to the Participant if any money is paid, transferred or bank/card related details are shared by the Participant.
