General Rules:

1. Participant should be an Indian citizen, residing in India only. Citizens and/or residents of countries other than India are not eligible to participate in the SABFamily Club Program.

Participant must be above the age of 18 years.

Further, the Participant should not have criminal conviction of an arrangement or a contract that prevents the Participant /s from participating in the SAB Family Club Program.
2. Employees, agents and promoters (including their immediate family members) of MSM and any of their divisions, affiliates and subsidiaries, and others associated with the SAB Family Club Program in any manner, are not eligible to participate in the SAB Family Club Program.
3. To register for the SAB Family Club Program, the Participant must have valid proof of identity, age and address or any other document as may be required by MSM at its sole discretion.
4. Terms and Conditions governing the SAB Family Club Program shall be mentioned on the Website. Participants agrees that by participating in the SAB Family Club Program, the Participant shall be bound by the terms and conditions provided at the Website.
5. Non-conformance by the Participants to any and all the Terms and Conditions shall make such Participants Registration null and void.
6. Participants shall not post any profanity or abusive comments on the respective Website page. In the event of any such profanity or abusive comments posted on foregoing pages, such Participants shall be disqualified forthwith and MSM reserves its rights, in addition to removing such post, to take a legal action against such Participant/s.
7. By registering for the SAB Family Club Program, each Participant agrees to follow these Terms and Conditions and is deemed bound by any decisions made by MSM in its sole discretion, including any interpretations of the Terms and Conditions.

How to register:

** Participants can register for the SAB Family Club Program by using any one of the Registration Modes mentioned below

Online Participation :
** Participants interested in registering for SAB Family Club Program can directly log onto the Website and click on the SAB Family Club link (“Tab”)
** placed on the Website. Upon clicking the Tab, Participants will be directed to a page requesting for information including personal identifiable information for mandatory fields mentioned in clause 2 (d) herein below.
Participation through missed call :
** Participant (s) interested in participating in the SAB Family Club Program have to give a missed call through their valid cell phone number on 07820016985
** On giving such missed call Participant will be sent the following SMS
** Welcome to SAB Family Club. You will get a confirmation mail shortly on the mail ID provided. Asli Mazaa SAB Ke Saath Aata Hai!

Benefits of Sab Family Club:

** Participants who have successfully registered in the SAB Family Club Program on the Website
** will be entitled to certain benefits as per the sole discretion of MSM including but not limited to receiving e-newsletters,
** updates of new shows on the Channel and various marketing and promotional activities.
** MSM shall not entertain any queries on the same. It is expressly stated and clarified that merely by registering in the SAB Family Club Program does not entitle the Participants to receive any benefits from MSM/Channel
** and MSM shall at its sole discretion decide the mode, manner and distribution of the benefits to the Participant/s.
