c) Select the State, city, fill in your address along with preferred date and time slot along with backup date and time slot and click on submit to complete your booking.
d) A minimum of 48 hours’ prior notice is required to book an appointment.
e) You will receive a call 24 hours prior to your booking date, to confirm the available slot and address. In case of unavailability, alternative dates and times will be offered. Once confirmed, booking details will be shared on the registered email id. Please show the booking confirmation email to the sample collection representative at the time of their visit.
