This contest is open for adults above 18 years. Winners from Tamil Nadu will be selected based on creativity and uniqueness of the answer to the question asked during participation process. During the Contest Period 1 winner will be selected on weekly basis for 01gm Gold Coin. The contest is valid only in all India from 02/07/2025 to 31/10/2025.

Eligibility of Spinz BB Gold Coin Contest

a) This Contest will be open to only consumers of Company who are residents of India with the exception of employees, their immediate family members of Company and the agency.
b) This contest is open for adults above 18 years.
c) The Contest is valid throughout India with exception to wherever prohibited by law.
d) Spinz BB SKUs are also available in stores without this offer.
e) Company or its Agency will not be responsible & liable for any failure due to NDNC (National Do Not Call) Registry regulation that will come into play and applies to any participant .

How To Enter in the Spinz BB Gold Coin Contest?

a) Web Participation process : The customer has to visit the contest website i.e www.spinzbb.com, Enter the details and register in the website as per the program Terms & Conditions and how to redeem details of the campaign.

b) COMPANY and the Partner Agency shall not be responsible for (including but not limited to):
a. For any SPAM generated messages
b. For the Operator Code not being displayed on the user’s mobile phones
c. For any SMS message delivery failures
d. Any lost, late or misdirected computer transmission or network, electronic failures or any kind of any failure to receive entries owing to transmission failures or due to any technical reason
e. If the participant has registered himself to the DND of the telecom provider/ the participant has registered with National Do Not Call Registry.
f. Participant has specifically requested for not receiving messages for the specific campaign
g. Other conditions beyond its reasonable control
h. Any SMS not deliverable due to changes in TRAI policies / Telcom operator policy.

Prizes of Spinz BB Gold Coin Contest

** 1gm Gold Coin Prize: During the Contest Period 1 winner will be selected on weekly basis for 01gm Gold Coin.
** Any participant can win a max of 1 prize during the contest period from a mobile number /email id / address i.e. if a participant has won a gold coin prize, he/she shall not be eligible to win any further prizes.
** Winners will be selected by the organizers using Internal Randomiser irrespective of the time of the entry.
** From the Valid Entries received, the organizer will select 01 winner weekly who will win Gold Coin Prizes throughout the Promotion Period (“Winners”)
** Prizes will be given subject to the winner satisfying the verification process of COMPANY
** The Prize cannot be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. In the event that the winner does not take the prize in the time and manner stipulated, then the prize stands forfeited and that no cash will be given in lieu of the prize.
** Prizes must be taken as offered and cannot be varied. Any unclaimed prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and non-redeemable for other goods or services and cannot be taken in exchange for cash for whatsoever reason or condition.
