Eligibility of Britannia 5050 Sweet & Salty Gold Coin Contest

** Britannia 5050 Sweet & Salty Gold Coin Contest will be open to every individual aged 18 years or above and residing in Kerala or Tamil Nadu, India.
** The Participant’s communication address shall be within the area of delivery serviceable by popular courier services.
** Employees of Britannia and their relatives, and promotion agencies and their respective relatives, agents, distributors, retailers and any other channel partners, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the Contest.
** Participant agrees to share their WhatsApp number with Britannia/ Agency, as applicable (if not previously shared) for written/ verbal communications. Participants who do not have a WhatsApp number will not be eligible.
** Participants must provide valid ID Proof (PAN Card/ Passport/ Aadhaar/ Driving License/ Voter ID/ Govt. ID) if requested. Winners will be announced post verification.
** Providing ID Proof is part of the process and does not guarantee selection or Prize.
** Britannia/ Agency reserves the right to exclude any person from the Contest on grounds of misconduct, fraud, misrepresentation, or any other valid reason.

** Winners shall be eligible to win a gold coin weighing 1 gram (18 carat) as given by Malabar Gold. One winner each from the state of Kerala and Tamil Nadu respectively, shall be selected as Winners per day during the Contest period.
** The Winner will be required to share their PAN Card which will be mandatory and a supporting document for proof of address which can be any one of the following: Passport, Aadhar card, Driver’s License or Voter ID.
** A maximum of three (3) call attempts will be made to contact the shortlisted winner.
** Every Winner shall be eligible for only one Prize. However, a Participant can participate from the same mobile number up to 15 times during the Contest period.
** If it is observed that the same individual has participated from different mobile numbers and has been shortlisted as a Winner, such entry shall be forfeited.
** Any costs associated with entering the promotion, including accessing the promotional website, are the responsibility of each Participant. Also, regular call and message rates will apply as per the consumer telecom operator in their respective circles.

Selection of Winners:
** Winners will be selected from eligible entries through an automated and impartial allocation process.
** For Kerala, winners shall be selected through a single-step process conducted via an automated and impartial allocation mechanism.
** For Tamil Nadu, winners will be declared through a two-step process: first, by meeting the requirement of the mandatory skill-based qualifying question; and second, through final selection carried out by an automated and impartial allocation process.
** All Completed Entries received between 12:00 AM and 11:59:59 PM on a given day will be eligible for the Daily Draw.
** Britannia/ Agency shall reach out to the short-listed winners for verification. The short listed Winners shall duly submit the requested ID proofs, along with the Product packs, for fulfilling all the eligibility criteria.
** The decision of Britannia/ Agency shall be final and binding on the Participant in this matter. Britannia/ Agency shall in no case entertain any questions, correspondence, enquiries on the manner of the selection of Winners.
