Eligibility of Havells Har Ghar Tyohaar Festive Offer
** This Program will be open to all the residents of India and the contest is valid only in West Bengal except for employees, immediate family members, agents, distributors, retailers, and any other channel partner of HAVELLS INDIA LIMITED and the Agency.
** Consumer will be rewarded as per three slabs. Slab 1- Invoice value to be ₹ 5 000 – ₹ 9 999/- and get ₹ 200/- cashback, Slab 2- Invoice value to be ₹ 10 000 – ₹ 19 999/- and get ₹ 500/- cashback, Slab 3 – ₹ 20 000/- & above and get ₹ 1 000/- cashback.

Participation steps are as follows :
1. Customer visits Havells exclusive store to purchase Havells products. Offer is communicated via in store collaterals/ POSM.
2. Customer to make the purchase as per the defined slab.
3. Post successful purchase, customer to get the scratch card from the retailer.
4. Scan the QR code and land on the microsite havellsfestiveoffer.woohoo.in

7. Customer will be notified as Thank you for submitting your details. You will receive your cashback link within 48 hrs in case your invoice is approved.
8. On the next screen customer will be able to “ Play to win more – Ready to Burst into Joy? Tap the Cracker to Find Out your Prize!”.
9. Click on “Click to Burst”.
10. Customer will either win a “Play Station 5” or “no reward”.
** In case a consumer wins Play Station 5 – Congratulations ! You are eligible for a Play Station 5. You will receive a KYC link only if your invoice is approved.

11. Post successful invoice validation
12. If the invoice is approved: Consumers will be sent an SMS with a Reward link https://havellsfestiverewards.woohoo.in/ and a campaign code to claim their cashback.
** Consumers can login with registered mobile number, OTP, campaign code.
** Upon logging in consumers can redeem their cashback in their preferred mode UPI/NEFT/Amazon.
** In case of Amazon : voucher code is sent via SMS
** In case of UPI & NEFT: Enter required details for the bank transfer.
** 1 unique code can be redeemed only once during Promo Period. A Code shall only be valid for one-time participation.
** In case a Participant chooses NEFT as an option, Participant needs to enter IFSC code, Bank Name, Account number etc.
** For Play Station 5 winners in the cracker burst- Consumers will be sent a separate SMS with reward link https://havellsfestiverewards.woohoo.in/ and campaign code to enter their address details and PAN card details.
** Gold Coin E-voucher- 1 g winner receive the voucher.
** For 5 g Gold Voucher, 10 g Gold voucher, 4 wheeler voucher winners, SMS will be sent with a link and reward code to update PAN card details. Once the user submits their details on the link and the KYC will be verified and approved, reward dispatch alignment will be facilitated.
13. If the invoice gets rejected: Consumers will be sent an SMS asking to reupload their invoice.
14. Pine Labs shall collect the Pan and address id proof details such as Election ID Card, Passport, Driving License, or similar Govt. ID. to file the TDS & remit the amount to the winner. TDS deduction will be applicable as per government norms. 32% TDS will be deducted from the winning reward.
15. Within 48 working hours (excluding bank holidays, Saturday, and Sunday) from the date of filling the correct details winner shall receive their reward. In case details entered by participant are incorrect, HAVELLS INDIA LIMITED/its agency shall have no responsibility and/or obligation to grant the said prize and requests for change of such details, if any, shall be the sole discretion of HAVELLS INDIA LIMITED its agency reserves the right to NOT declare any replacement winner in lieu of all such winners entering wrong details.
