The Offer is available for participation on purchase of Kinder Joy Promo Pack in India during the Promo Period. The Contest is not available for consumers from Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry due to their local state laws. Participants stand a chance to win either Daily prizes of DC Themed Merchandise or the grand prize of Trip to Australia during the Contest period. Last date of contest is 31st March 2026.

Eligibility of Kinder Joy Hunt for Golden Batman Contest

** Individual consumers residing in India and purchasing the Promo Pack(s) in India (except Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry) and Bangladesh, during the Promo Period.
** Eligible Participants should be of age 18 years or above at the time of entry into the Contest.
** Customers purchasing the Promo Pack(s) for further sale, distribution, marketing or for Trade or Business purpose (collectively “Trade / Business Purpose” shall not be eligible for participation in the Offer).
** Companies, Partnership Firms, Proprietary Concerns, HUFs, Association of Persons, Trusts and other entities or organizations are not eligible for participating in the Offer and the Offer is open for individual human beings only.
** The employees of Ferrero, its associate / group companies and their children and other family members, the employees of the agencies associated with Ferrero for the organization of the Offer and their children and other family members are not eligible to participate in the Offer.
** The consumer(s) participating in the Offer is / are referred to as Participant(s).

How To Enter in the Kinder Joy Hunt for Golden Batman Contest?

** The consumers are required to purchase Promo Packs during the Promo period, in India and Bangladesh.
** Upon purchasing the Promo Pack, if you find a Golden Batman inside your pack, then find the Ten-digit Unique Code printed on the leaflet you will find inside Kinder Joy Promo Pack.
** Keep your Promo Pack ready for participation.
** To participate log on to Kinder.com, you will find a banner on the website mentioning about the Promo. Once clicked on the ‘click here to know more’ button, the consumer will land on the Contest microsite.
** On the Contest microsite, when prompted, you must enter your name, mobile number, email ID, select state and enter the Unique Code (mentioned on the leaflet, inside Kinder Joy promo pack) to complete registration.
** Play the game to match the characters.
** Write a small paragraph on ‘What makes the Kinder Joy X DC collab your favourite?’
** If you are the winner, you will be contacted via email/call/SMS.
** The Participants are required to retain the empty Promo Pack containing the unique code used for participation and hand over the same to the Organizer for claiming the Prize, if required.
** The Company is not obliged to verify or correlate the identity of the participant or winner with the identity of the purchaser and the Company shall not entertain any claims or disputes in this regard.
** The participants are required to keep their Promo packs secret and not to share the same with anyone else.

Prizes of Kinder Joy Hunt for Golden Batman Contest

1. Participants stand a chance to win either Daily prizes of DC Themed Merchandise or the grand prize of Trip to Australia during the Contest period (“Prize”).

2. For DC themed Merchandise:
** A draw through random scientific selection will be conducted daily for selection of winner from the previous day.
** A total of 01 winner daily will be selected wherein winner will be chosen between 12:01:01 AM to 11:59:59 PM (through a scientific randomizer method, during the Promo period described above).
** In case there is no entry received for any day, winner for that day will be carried forward to the next day.

3. For Trip to Australia:
** There will be 01 winner only for Trip to Australia.
** A total of 01 winner will be selected wherein the said winner will be chosen between 1st Sept 2025 12:01:01 AM to 31st March 2026 11:59:59 PM (through a scientific randomizer method, during the Promo period described above).
** Selection of winner will be subject to conditions mentioned under point 11 of this T&C.
4. A maximum of 1 Prize per mobile number, per email ID, per address, per household can be won by the Participants.
5. Any Participant that has won a DC Themed Merchandise will not be eligible to win any further Prizes.
6. Any Participant that has won a Trip to Australia will not be eligible to win any further Prizes.
7. For state of Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry: The Contest is not applicable for the state of Tamil Nadu & Pondicherry.
8. Entries coming outside the Promo Period defined above will not be considered and will be summarily rejected.
9. The winner(s), the number of winners, the quantity, size, type, value and category of the prizes shall be determined by the Company and the Company reserves the right to vary the same to resolve the practical difficulties, if any.
10. Prizes are non-transferable and will not be substituted by cash or any other benefit. Unclaimed / un-availed prizes will be forfeited.
11. The winner(s) shall bear and pay all applicable taxes (such as Gift Tax or any other applicable state or central taxes), duties, etc. In India and Bangladesh, respectively, on or with respect to the prizes.
12. The winner(s) are required to provide the empty Promo Pack containing the winning Unique Promo Code, valid address and identity proofs and such other documents as may be required by the Organizer.

Kinder Joy Hunt for Golden Batman Contest will be open for participation during the Contest period from 01st September 2025 00:01hours to 31st March 2026 24:00 hours (Last Date), till stocks last, in all states of India (except Tamil Nadu and Pondicherry).
